Please note: any reservations made before October 1st for the Winter Season (January and February) require a 60-day minimum stay. Reservations that do not meet this criterion are subject to cancellation by management. Post-October 1st, reservations can be made for the winter months, with a minimum stay of three or seven nights based on unit specifications. We had a great time. The condo is clean, spacious, and nicely decorated. We had everything we needed in the unit. We didn't utilize the pool area and spent most of the time on the beach, which was not overly crowded. I would definitely recommend this unit.

This is a nice unit. Great location and wonderful balcony. No issues with cleanliness or maintenance. The couch and recliner are a little worse for wear when it comes to comfort. Bed in the master is very comfortable. Beds in the 2nd not so much but kids would probably not mind. Wish you didn’t have to stop off in Gulf Shores to check in. Other condo units we stayed in just give you the door keypad code so you can go straight there. But overall I would recommend this unit and would consider it for a future stay.

Our entire family enjoyed this condo. The proximity tot he beach and to shopping was great. The girl at the beach who sold the chairs was exceptional and so very helpful. The Condo was as described, great view, large deck overlooking the gulf. We loved it.
