COURTESY - COVE & NEIGHBORS = There are numerous groups / neighbors / families who are enjoying the lake, so please always be courteous with other groups / neighbors / families and avoid anything that may be a nuisance to others (e.g. excessively loud music / profanity / throwing trash into lake / etc.). A good rule of thumb is to not have excessively loud music during quiet hours between 10PM and 9AM. CAMERAS. There are cameras outside the property covering the entrances and dock, which are used for security and to verify guests. Your safety and privacy are important to us.
