Great location and amenities. Condo was spacious and clean. Only complaint is the linens and mattresses. All 3 beds were not comfortable at all. Old hard box spring and mattress with metal frames. We'd expected better for a condo inside prestigious Bonita Bay. We would stay again, but only if the beds were upgraded.

Great location, everything you would expect in a rental property. Had excellent communication with property owner, looking forward to our stay at this property in the future. Had no issues with the property what so ever.

First floor corner location on the golf course was nice and the kitchen and baths were remodeled. Could use some beach towels and a towel and linen upgrade, but overall a nice property. We would stay there again.

This first floor corner unit at Wild Pines not only is beautifully updated but has an amazing view. The condo is fully equipped- our family especially enjoyed the bikes that were available for our use. The shuttle service to the private beach is another great amenity. We also enjoyed how close it is to many shops and restaurants. The owner was very easy to reach and very quick to respond to any questions. Thank you for a great stay!

Thank you so much Lawrence. We had a wonderful time. We loved the kitchen as it was well equipped for cooking some meals in. Location was wonderful. Thank you also for making sure the bicycles had air in the tires....so nice of you to go the extra mile. We would recommend your place to others for sure.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay so much that we rented B 105 for 3 weeks in March of next year. I want to thank Lawrence M. for making it so easy to rent. He is available for any assistance one may need.

Our overall experience was very positive. We had stayed at Wild Pines several years ago in a different but similar unit. The location is perfect for access to Highway 41 and the nearby shopping. The layout of the 2br condo was very functional and the view across the golf view attractive. The only negative was the king bed in the master bedroom, which was too firm for our taste.

Great place, great location, great TV too.

This was our second visit and everything was just as great as the first time. Owner was easy to reach and the condo was just as we remember. Plan to visit again next year;)

The property was clean & the location is close to shopping, restaurants and main roads but far enough away that it is also quiet. The kitchen & baths were great. The broken screen door, the less than stellar amenities in the master bedroom, & the rusty bikes did not meet our expectations. That said, over all, we enjoyed our stay. Thanks!

Dr. john's condo was truly liovely--the nicest we have ever stayed at ats wild pines. the pictures on the web site do not do it justice. every amenity was included. hope to stay there again if it ever becomes available

Everything in this beautiful ground floor unit was as described! We had everything we needed to enjoy our week in Bonita Bay. Check-in/move-in procedure was flawless. Owner is extremely helpful and made himself available if needed. Thanks, Dr. John!

the furniture has been redone and replaced. You will love the updated look and the nicely appointed kitchen. The location is wonderful if you enjoy a great view, privacy, and easy walking distance to the pool and spa. I love sitting on the large screened porch having my lunch and reading (well maybe a nap too). You will also enjoy all the activities and easy access to Barefoot Beach at the Bonita Bay Beach Club. You have many nice restaurants to choose from in a 2 mile radius. The Coconut Mall is only 10 minutes away with great shopping and more restaurants. We have been going to Wildpines for 6 years enjoying each time. This unit surpassed all of our past stays. They also offer Wi-fi.

Wow, we knew the owner had done a complete remodel of this unit but you have to see it to appreciate all the top end quality building components. Both bathrooms and the kitchen were stunning with all new cabinets, appliances, fixtures, and lights. You’ll love the beautiful combination of tile and granite used throughout the unit’s kitchen and bathrooms. I wish you had shown a picture of the master bathroom! Floors were made of easy to clean large new tiles combined with high end exotic wood. We had 3 TV’s with cable and the owner had just installed encrypted new high speed Wi-Fi which was very fast and easy to connect with several computers we had brought. We thought being on the first floor might be noisy with a limited view. NO WAY! Very quiet and a great view from all rooms to the golf course, pond, and adjoining lush landscape. Upon arrival we were so happy with the complete privacy we had from other units even with both the north and west living room curtains completely open. The living room furniture was all new including two very comfortable sofas. More than enough furniture for the large wrap around lanai. The owner, “Dr. John”, was easily accessible via phone and email for questions and making our arrival easy. John, we loved the two new bicycles. We rode to the north end park and saw a manatee swimming up the creek! As other visitors to Wild Pines will tell you, the pool and tennis courts are close by and not crowded. And the shuttle to the Bonita Bay private beach facility was the nuts!
