This four season model features an open concept living space including a fully functional modern kitchen with gas stove, built in microwave, dishwasher and all the utensils, cooking supplies and amenities you will need for your vacation. The kitchen opens into a large dining area with seating for 8 that overlooks the lake. The Living room is a casual space to relax in with leather furniture, big screen TV and stone hearth with a gas fireplace. For additional relaxing or family space, the cottage has a fully enclosed four season Muskoka room surrounded by windows with views of the Lake, the woods and the resort. Alongside the full length of the cottage is a large deck complete with trademark 'Muskoka' chairs to enjoy the sweeping views of Lake of Bays, the beach and all the natural surrounding beauty. The lower level 2nd bedroom has a walk out to a private patio. There is a stackable washer and dryer for your convenience. The cottage is also equipped with high speed wireless internet, washer and dryer, outdoor gas barbeque. All linens/pillows/towels are included. Sleeping Accommodations - The primary bedroom on the main floor has a king size bed, large double closet, combination safe and Flat screen TV. The ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combo has heated floors. The second and third bedrooms are situated on the lower level along with the second full size bathroom with tub/shower combo. The 2nd bedroom with ensuite privileges is equipped with a Queen size bed and walk out to a lower level private patio. The 3rd bedroom features 2 twin beds.
