CERTAIN RESTRICTIONS APPLY: FOR COUPLES AND FAMILIES ONLY - NO BACHELOR PARTIES OR ALL GUY GROUPS. Located on the first street in the Island Club development, this great Put-in-Bay home can sleep up to ten guests. There are three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Each bedroom has plush mattresses and closets. The kitchen has full size appliances, as well as all of the items needed to make a meal. Just off the kitchen is the living and dining spaces. A kitchen table and comfy couches complete these spaces. There are lovely wooden decks off both the front and rear of the home. One deck has a propane grill with a picnic table. The rear deck is flanked by a wooded area, great for privacy and shade. There is room for up to two vehicles in the driveway. A taxi service is available to take you anywhere on PIB. Choosing to book your next trip to Put-in-Bay is one that you won't soon regret. The islands many offerings continue bringing guests to the island for many years. This home can be booked with homes next door to house your large group. Booking early is recommended, as many dates sell out quickly. The weekends at Put in Bay Ohio are popular for the nightlife and getting away from the daily work grind without going too far from home. During the week, you can relax and enjoy Put-In-Bay's slower pace in a family friendly atmosphere. With Island Club Rentals, you can visit Put-in-Bay and enjoy your own home and you can even rent a golf cart onsite to get around. We’ve been coming to the Bay and staying in house 104 for years. We took a break last year and upon our return this year, we were disappointed. The furniture in the living room is very worn. We made make shift covers out of bed linens, just to feel comfortable. Walking barefoot inside was almost impossible due to the floor being dirty. There were missing or broken towel bars or hooks in the bathroom and toilet paper holders. The prior guests toiletries were left in the shower. There was debris, including cigarette AND cigar butts left around the front yard and deck and even “adult” bachelorette decorations strewn around the front yard. While we will be back for our annual girls trip and will stay at the Island Club, we will be looking for an AirBnb rental as they are better taken care of.

We had an awesome experience with island club rentals! The rental was clean upon arrival, had everything they told us it would come with! It was nice to have a place to ourselves to return to at night. Our neighbors were all outside which was nice! We surprisingly loved the pool on the grounds. We could easily walk to the pool and back which was nice and convenient! Every person in our rental stated they would only stay in at Island Club Rentals if they returned!

While the location and layout of the property were fine, it was in the worst condition of any property we have ever rented through VRBO. The vinyl on the furniture was completely worn. The sliders lacked screens. The toilet paper holder in the master bath was useless as it didn't have rod. There was only one stopper for two sinks and two tubs. The fan and the master bath didn't work. etc, etc. Just a generally run down property.

It was a great rental for our group

This property was comfortable for us - 4 adults and 2 children,
ages 5 and 3. Large kitchen and plenty of space in the living room for them to play. Nice community pool. Quiet area. This property has been well-used and could use a refresh, a little TLC. Living room couches are getting worn. Vent covers are getting rusty. Otherwise, very comfortable. We would stay here again. We did not communicate with the property manager, but had to select a rating, which is N/A, not applicable to our stay.

Relax at Put in Bay
The property was relatively quiet. We prefer to travel Sunday thru Thursday. Put in Bay was more crowded than expected, but fun. The gas grill was very nice. The bedrooms are small, but manageable. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, plates, silverware, etc. Loved having a washer and dryer! We noticed the hallway bathroom register was dented in, like maybe someone stepped on it? The air conditioner worked just fine though. The backyard we had was wooded and quiet. The front porch was very nice. The houses all seemed to need an upgrade? New siding, paint, etc? The inside was pretty much updated though.

This place looked like it was one of the nicest rentals at the island club and upon first sight it was. But then there was a ton of fruit flies in the kitchen and bathrooms! My husband spent five mins trying to kill them all. The came by and sprayed some bug killer but only on the floor as it cannot go on eating areas. I also have 3 kids so I was not happy about the poision. Then we had a rain storm and my kids shoes got wet so they took them off and walked around for a bit their feet were black from the dirty floor! Yuck. At least there was leather couches that could be wiped off and the beds were very comfortable.

The two small bedrooms were very disappointing because of their size. Could not get into closets, this room is not big enough for two beds. Master bath had very little water pressure and the tub had none. Need a large skillet.

Our rental was #104 and it was much better than last year for sure. The furniture was much nice. Having 2 decks was great. And we were blessed with wonderful weather. Our first golf cart would not go very fast with all of us on it. They came and brought us a new one right away. The bathrooms were pretty clean. But I dropped water on the kitchen floor and it was not clean at all so I am not sure how clean the floors are. We did see they young girls go into other houses to clean and they were not in there very long. They were very young looking. But we would go back and stay in the same unit. As I said the company were just lovely to work with. It is a lovely area to stay. We didn't do any cooking because so many wonderful places to eat on Island.

Upon arrival, we had noticed that the kitchen was not as clean as we expected. It took us about 15 minutes to load dishes into dishwasher. We had an issue with the air conditioning and tv. Upon notifying maintenance, they were there immediately and remedy the problems pronto. The setting was very nice

We had a 3 bedroom cabin and 7 people stay, very comfortable. Everything is adequate but one suggestion would be to have a bigger shower in the master bathroom. We have been a returning customer for 5 years and will definitely be back again. Overall a great place to stay and tell everyone thats asks where we stay when on the Island about the Island Club.
