Everything went real smooth. Property is just as advertised, great layout and location. Bill was a great host and checked in every so often to make sure all was going well.

We love staying in the Santa Rosa neighborhood! This villa was fully stocked, so clean, perfectly located and the property manager was extremely responsive. We look forward to coming back!

Always was available, which I feel is very important. We have been staying in this complex for many years, but the stay at their condo was the most relaxing time we have ever had... quiet, peaceful, and clean is all we asked for and we got it!... This property is not to be missed. Bill and Vivian had the BEST communication throughout the entire process. The unit was so comfortable, spacious and the location could not be beat. Everything you need for a vacation in the desert. Steps away from La Quinta Resort and so close to everything. We enjoyed the pools, neighborhood walks and dining so close. Bill was so kind with lots of suggestions to make our stay even better. From a welcome bottle of wine to checking in to make sure the new air conditioning system was cooling well when temps were in the triple digits. The unit definitely surpassed our expectations and we would highly recommend to friends. We would love to stay here again!

Great location both in the community and general area. Very close to restaurants, spas, grocery, hiking etc. Extremely well stocked with very responsive hosts. Enjoyed the bikes and pools, patio and corn hole in the yard.

This is a great property, and I can now understand why Bill has so many 5 star reviews. The unit was spotless, with really wonderful beds, sheets/towels and a fully stocked kitchen. We loved taking the bikes into town, used the tennis racquets on the near empty courts, and the location couldn't be any better for strolling onto the La Quinta grounds. On top of all that, Bill was a very thoughtful host, with some great suggestions for restaurants and things to do. Thanks so much Bill! We will be back for sure!

This was a wonderful place to stay. The Location was just perfect, and the Villa was both attractive and clean—well stocked and had everything we needed. The owners were extremely attentive and helpful. Both arrival and departure. Instructions were very clear and helpful. We appreciated the fact that when we arrived, there were paper products, condiments, spices, coffee, and many other items that we needed. Thank you. We would highly recommend this place!

Better then the pictures, the layout of the place is great. Place was very clean and great location, we're so glad we choose this place for our first visit to the Palm Springs area. Check in was very easy, Bill was very helpful if you needed anything. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Palm Springs.

We loved our stay at Bill and Viv's lovely desert home. The location is fabulous--right next to the central plaza of La Quinta Resort, but with so much more room, privacy, and value. We worked and played for almost two weeks. The internet is lightning fast for all online needs, and all the amenities and conveniences are there. Bill was the consummate host, checking in with us frequently and making suggestions for activities. We will definitely come again. Thanks Bill and Viv!

We really enjoyed our stay in La Quinta! Bill & Vivian's home was very comfortable for us! We were grateful to Bill and Vivian for providing many basic supplies to welcome us, so that we did not have to make a late night store run arrival day. We also loved the cruiser bikes! So fun! We appreciated Bill checking in with us every few days to ensure we were enjoying our stay. Thanks again for everything!

Can't be beat

I don't think we've ever seen an owner go so far to make sure we were ok. The instructions and calls were thorough, but not overwhelming. This house had everything we needed for 5 days and we took advantage of everything! Bikes, tennis, pools, corn hole, great kitchen and grill and deck and sweet, private court yard. The place was spotlessly clean and supplied with everything we could dream of needing. Highly recommend!

The property is located on a green belt and very close to the private pool. The other benefit is you can walk to the La Quinta Resort and restaurants. You can also easily walk or drive to Old Town La Quinta (1-mile).

The property and amenities are awesome. Kitchen is well-stocked with all one could want. Outdoor space and furnishings tasteful and immaculate. Beds super-comfy. This has become our "home" away from home as we've stayed there a couple of times. We're so grateful. Thank you!!!

Bill and Vivian are excellent hosts. Communication was outstanding on all aspects of our visit. The property is perfect for a family trip, as there are bikes , lots of pool floats and 2 patios to enjoy. Would definitely recommend this property.

Everything we needed for a relaxing getaway

Reserving this property was a great decision. Absolutely everything was thoughtfully provided. The layout of the townhouse would easily allow for two couples to have their own private bedroom and bath while the living areas were comfortable and inviting. There were 2 outside living areas as well as a full BBQ. We took advantage of being within a short walk to La Quinta Resort’s restaurants and manicured grounds. Overall a great, relaxing spot which I would reserve again.

This is a great landing pad for taking in the greater palm springs area. The property was extremely clean with a great layout. I especially loved the private courtyard in the front of the house for relaxing with wine next to the fountain. Bill is a great host and extremely communicative. The home has pool access and everything you need to have a great time in La Quinta!

This is perfectly located near a pool and walking distance to Morgan's and all shops and on property dining. Bikes and floaties were included! I told the owner my family wants to have this be our new family tradition.

The home was beautiful, immaculate, comfortable, had several great outdoor spaces, and was So close to the La Quinta spa and restaurants (a few minute's walk on a pathway). I hope to stay again during my next visit to the area.
