The house is part of the Saint Augustine Beach and Tennis Condominiums which is an oceanfront complex located in Saint Augustine Beach on Anastasia Island. This house is not oceanfront but only a short boardwalk away from the ocean. You have the advantage of not paying for an oceanfront condominium but you can use all the facilities that come with the complex. For example the gated private complex pool is right behind the dunes. It is as if you have your own beach club with two pools - one eight-feet deep, one lap pool, with shower and restrooms. You can spend your day at the pool or just walk a short distance over the walkway to the ocean!
