It’s a short walk down a beautiful boardwalk to the ocean but the view from the balcony is “wow”. There are 2 tall chairs on the balcony and when we weren’t on the beach we were sitting in those. We ate every meal there. The location is close to grocery, restaurants, souvenirs, lighthouse, downtown… everything. The grounds are beautifully kept. The pool is great when you need a break from the sand. There are carts to help bring your stuff in from the car. And the condo was stocked with everything we needed. I felt very safe in the complex and on the beach. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it.

Had a wonderful time at the Beach. The condo was very nice. The location of this condo is perfect for enjoying the beach and the A1A strip shops and restaurants. The condo was clean and very well updated. Would love to stay here again

The condo was just as it was described. The view on balcony was beautiful. Like all other reviews said picture doesn’t do it justice. Fully stocked kitchen and beds were so comfy. If I come back I would definitely pick this place again. Thank you for a great vacation!

Initially, there was issues with the cleanliness of one of the room inside the condo. Previous occupants left it nasty and wasn’t cleaned properly by the time we got there. However, Chuck worked with us and made it right. Other than that small issue the condo is great. It’s in a great location and is very well maintained. Will be back!

Looks even better in person. Great view from the balcony. Not too big of a property- keeps the pool from being overcrowded and makes getting a luggage cart easy! Chuck has really made the condo nice- it has everything you need, and then some. Clean, updated, aesthetically pleasing.

Perfect location and well maintained property. Ocean view from the balcony. Sit on the beach or sit by the pool without ever leaving the property. It was perfect. St Augustine is beautiful.

This is a nice, quiet property right on the beach and close to everything. Patio furniture wasn’t very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking. We would stay here again.

The pictures don’t do the property justice. Views are stunning, as is the beach. The condo is well equipped and in a great location. The owners responded quickly with any questions I had. Would definitely stay again!

Clean apartment with nice view of ocean! Well thought out with lots of extras to make your stay more enjoyable. Safe area and friendly neighbors. Beach area was peaceful. Condo was convenient location to shopping, restaurants and close to historic St. Augustine district. Highly recommend!

We will definitely be back. We brought our daughter back to Flagler and decided to stay a week. This was the perfect place to stay. A beautiful condo with an awesome view of pool and ocean. Very clean and comfortable. The owner was very responsive to any questions before visit. Everything was so great we didn’t need to contact during our stay. It has everything you need.

We spent a lovely two weeks at this beautiful condo. Great location, very clean, recently renovated kitchen and bathroom. The photo of the beach view from the balcony doesn’t do it justice—it’s much better in person! We especially appreciated the many thoughtful touches: lots of comfy throws for cool evenings, lights controlled by Alexa, an air fryer, big screen TV, full-size washer/dryer, nice towels and bedding. Highly recommend!

The view is great! The community grounds are well kept, and also quiet and pleasant! The condo is cutely redecorated except the master bath. Well supplied, updated appliances. The TV service was xfinity and that was AMAZING lol. Cons were: Low water pressure. difficult to rinse. King sized bed needs larger and more pillows, we had to borrow from the other bedroom. Bed was not very soft. Cleanliness was a 3.5 star. Attention to detail would help! The wall behind the trash can was dirty, the trash can itself had dried food etc stuck on it, the bathroom counter wasn't clean. Food was left on the floor so I think it's a matter of the cleaning crew! We would stay here again! It's a cute and comfy place!

We loved this little nook in Paradise. The beach access was great as was the friendliness of the staff and guests. We loved the convienience of the location and how close we were to grocery stores and local restaurants. We had to cut our trip short by two days due to the passing of my mother-in-law but we are looking forward to being able to rent again in the future.
