Situated in Petoskey, this lovely house for $409 per night is a great option for your next trip. Experienced hosts entering our 9th season of hosting short-term guests in this home. **LOCATION** Walk to/from downtown with ease 5 minutes to ALL town amenities from our whisper quiet neighborhood. The house comes with all the comforts of your home including: central air conditioning (many homes in Petoskey do not have) strong wifi, smart TVs in family room/master/guest bedroom with premium services logged in / on-site bikes (2 mens mountain, 2 child bikes, 1 cruiser (uni-sex) and 1 ladies mountain bike, dishes/pots/pans, bar glassware, beach chairs/coolers/umbrella/towels/toys. We also supply fresh: linens, towels, wash cloths, toiletries, etc. In addition we stock Cafe du Monde coffee in the cupboard with sugars and creamer in fridge. Hit your day running. Want to cook up a fresh catch from Jon Cross or your wily angler? Grill/patio in backyard. Or, utilize our recently updated kitchen. We would happily also consider your dog if house-broken, (please no furniture/bed sitting for pups) and generally well behaved. We keep a crate in the basement and have several runs in the large partially fenced backyard. As owners of a large retriever we fully understand how comforting it is to have all members of the family present no matter how many legs they possess. The full and queen pillow top beds will prove to be very comfortable. The newly replaced couch for extra sleepers along with extra blankets in the guest bedroom closet is also an option. *Please note that we have always placed a high degree of emphasis on cleanliness (see our reviews) and do our best to continue to do so. **Be aware that desirable time frames of peak "season" tend to book many months prior.

The house was cozy and warm. The heat works fantastically. So nice to go to dinner in town just a few blocks away. The SmartTV is great and we watched a number of movies. The kitchen is really nice and modern for cooking has everything you could need.

Lovely home for a quick holiday getaway for our family. This cozy home was perfect to share time with our kids and close enough to walk to town for food and shopping since the ski conditions were less than ideal A well stocked kitchen, comfy living room with televisions in every room. We appreciated having an upstairs bathroom, our kids shared the smaller room which although cozy was big enough for them. There was ample closets, towels, tissue, hand soap, and even noticed a care box of extra toothbrushes and band aids if needed. The hosts really do care about their guests and provide a clean and welcoming home. We loved the ease of walking to town and while being winter we couldn’t help but notice all the extras provided for summer guests which intrigued us for future stays. Went to Petosky. The place was close to town - beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood Easy check in .Very clean -communication with owner was prompt - had everything you needed The only one thing is to maybe have a clock on the wall .but that is a very small suggestion - besides that I would definitely stay here again😁

Check in process was very easy and the place was exceptionally clean and cozy. A lot of thoughtful amenities for your stay and you can tell there was a lot of care and thought put into the decor of the house. Being dog lovers ourselves, there were many accommodations for our fur baby.. The house is located very close to downtown, so it was easy to either walk or ride your bikes without having to drive and find parking. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay.

This house has been updated, is clean and cozy. We used this as a base up north for many day trips ie: UP, Tunnel of trees etc. Petoskey is beautiful and friendly. It’s easy to get around either driving or walking from the house for shopping and dining. Excellent stay!

Belle's at the Grove wars a great cottage for our week long getaway. The home is spotless and equipped with everything you need regardless of how long you stay. Easy walk to all the downtown restaurants, shops and beach. Great location for going north or south of Petoskey. Can not wait to return to Pure Michigan.

Gorgeous, super clean home! Kitchen was well stocked, which we always appreciate when traveling. Greatly appreciate being able to bring our pup, and have a spot to store skis. Wifi was terribly slow, but a lack of a movie night is my only less than stellar comment. Will absolutely check back for future trips!

This house was wonderful for my family. We could walk to downtown or stay in as the kitchen was well stocked. There was one small mix up, but it as resolved quickly. I only mention this because this house is well taken care of and the owners want your stay to be perfect.

This is a nice, clean, very well stocked property that easily sleeps 4 adults and has a lot of space to hang out with family in the living room. It has all the amenities you could need. In addition, it is very nice to have a pet-friendly house that is this clean. We hope to stay in this house again when visiting my mom, who lives nearby.

My wife and I stayed here for a week. First, the location was fantastic. Easy walk into downtown Petoskey and to the waterfront. Good access to highways. The property was very comfortable. The living area was spacious and good for relaxing. The kitchen has almost everything needed including a lot of the staples. The bedroom and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. Would definitely consider staying here again.

This is one of the cleanest short term rentals we've ever stayed in. Comfy furniture, well stocked with anything you might have forgotten. Loved the big sectional in the living room. Friendly and trusting owners. It's a 5 min walk to downtown and there's a large fenced backyard. Nice TVs, linens, check out procedure. Equipped kitchen. Five stars for sure.

Walk everywhere in Petoskey from this cute place! Everything was very clean and check in was super easy. Owners were easy to communicate with. The yard is fenced, all except one small section, where we put up a portable gate to keep our dogs in the yard. Would stay again!

My wife and I spent two weeks working remotely from Petoskey for a winter getaway, and we couldn't be happier with our choice. The internet was good enough that we could both be on video calls at the same time. Being only a 10-minute walk away, we often made two trips on foot into town. We are a couple in our 60s/70s. We had planned a much-needed break away from work and obligations and decided on the Petoskey area. This property is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood within walking distance of downtown and the harbor, and an easy drive to numerous hiking trails. The house has plenty of space, both inside and out. With two bedrooms, as well as two bathrooms(!!), it would be perfect for a small family. We had a couple questions for the owners, who were quick to respond. The home itself is clean, very well maintained, with a spacious kitchen and dining room, and a comfortable, good-sized living room. It is a two-story, with both bedrooms and the half-bath on the second floor. We very much enjoyed our stay. We appreciated access to the bicycles on the property, and the fact that our dog was able to join us for this stay.
