Great property and enjoyed our stay. Only issues were parking spot mislabeled and fitted bed sheet does not fit. It came off the corners on both sides each of the three nights.

If you want to enjoy the Dickson Street scene, this is THE place. My partner and I stayed here for Pride weekend and it is steps away from everything. Super cozy and bigger than i was expecting from the photos. We had an issue with the AC and Kevin had a tech over to fix it within an hour. Highly recommend!

Great location. 10-15 minute walk to campus and square. Perfect location for visiting campus and great access to Dickson Street without the headache of parking. Will definitely stay again!

We stayed the night for my niece’s graduation. It was perfect for relaxing prior to and in between events. The location and price for all included is well worth it. This was our second time and it will not be our last!

We had a quick stay here when we came in town to visit the University of Arkansas campus for a college visit. The place was in a great location and within walking distance of just about anything you would need or want on a visit here. We would definitely stay here again if ever in the area.

Great and clean condo. The only negative was it’s balcony is right above a night club that played heavy metal with heavy bass booming until 12:30 am. And this was on a Wednesday night.

Super easy process. Owner very responsive. Very clean. Parking spot is so convenient and a very short distance to condo. Easy in and easy out. Easy to follow instructions for accessing the condo. Definitely recommend. Don’t forget to bring your coffee!!

Super convenient to UA. Reserved parking within 50 feet of condo entrance, same floor (no stairs!!!). Small, but comfortable. In the middle of Dickson street fun zone. Clean, modern, well-kept, w/comfortable bed. Negatives? No WIFI, had to use my Iphone hotspot; Train tracks just outside with nice loud train horns from time to time. All-in-all, very good stay. Would return in a heartbeat.
