Einfach aber ausreichend für unsere Zwecke.

War für unsere Zwecke genau richtig! Und die Lage direkt neben einem kleinen Bach war eine nette Geräuschkulisse in der Nacht.

Bei vier Personen war morgens viel Absprache notwendig weil Bad und Toilette nicht voneinander getrennt sind. Räumlich möglich wäre es gewesen! Die Wohnzimmereinrichtung ist zu ausladend für den vorhandenen Raum.

Extremely comfortable accommodation, well received and everything ran smoothly. Just a 12 minute walk to the Richard-Strauss-Platz in the centre (Garmisch)

Clean and nice 2-room appartment perfect for the whole family

Nice Location nearby Hausberg city center (Marien Platz), also next to the supermarket which is very convenient. Free shuttle bus service with guest card (Eibsee Bus & City bus Line 1 and 2) is a plus.

Pillows in the bedroom are not so comfortable but still acceptable.

Sehr schöne, gut ausgestattete FeWo!

Eine tolle, neu renovierte und sehr saubere Ferienwohnung. Tolle große Küche, die mit allem ausgestattet ist was man braucht, sehr bequeme Matratzen und eine super Lage. Eine gute Pizzeria, ein tolles Wirtshaus (mit super Käsespätzle :)) sowie ein Supermarkt sind direkt im der Nähe. Ein Parkplatz kann ebenfalls genutzt werden.

Ferienhaus Butterfly is a superb place to stay in breathtakingly beautiful Bavaria!

The property owners are exceptionally kind and caring. This was our second stay at Ferienhaus Butterfly and we will stay here again. Our rooms were spacious and clean. The kitchen was well equipped. The chairs on the wrap around balcony gave us unlimited views of the snow capped alps. Large grocery stores were a block away. Garmisch city center with restaurants and shops was less than ten minutes walk. We loved every minute of our week’s stay, with special thanks to our Ferienhaus Butterfly hosts!!

Our stay was perfection. We only wish that we could have stayed longer!

The location is very convenient. A short walk to grocery store and downtown. Having parking right out front made it easy to unload and load up. The kitchen was nice and everything you need to clean was supplied.

Great value, great location and a nicely appointed apartment. Highly recommend

Location was excellent, the apartmenrt was perfectly acceptable for 3 people (a couple who took the bedroom and a friend had sofa bed in the kitcem/diner area). We didn't use the kitchen but it looked new and well stocked - three types of coffee making equipment! It was also very competitively priced for high seaon January skiing.

The parking wasn't great. Although there was an allocated spot for our apartment it was across a very busy road on an awkward drive. I ended up kerbing the hire car alloys trying to get on the pavement out of the way of oncoming traffic as the parking space was so badly signposted. True the booking instructions had a picture but in the dark, in the snow, with busy traffic, it was hard work. It's a small issue though and the larger apartments look to have parking in front of building.

Excellent place to stay in Garmisch

Location is more than perfect walking distance from downtown/pedestrian area, supermarket Edeka, in front of a bus station and with a parking space. Wonderful view of the mountains. Complete apartment with everything we needed for the trip.

it was conveniently located for quick day trips, but close to city center and walking to grocery and restaurants. it was lovely inside comfortable and spacious

Apartment was nice to stay at, clean, awesome view, overall great

The house was easy to find, assigned parking spot at property, Apartment was clean. Also, Apartment was close by to shopping, restaurants and down town garmisch, easy to get to by foot (5 min walk) Really nice view to the mountains. Friendly Family owned property. We would definitely come back to stay here.

One of the beds mattress was really soft. (But some people like that)

4/5 stars during Winter, 3/5 stars during Summer

Super Location, very close to supermarket and city center. Super Host, clean toilets and rooms, The parking facility was very spacious, easily available, and practical.

For the winter season, this property has all the necessary facilities and I would give 5 stars on all aspects. However, during summer it is a bit less comfortable due to the lack of proper ventilation in the apartment, no fan or cooler. As the apartment is just beside the main road sleeping during the night with open or tilted windows is very noisy. Another negative point is the wifi-connectivity. It's very slow and gets disconnected every now and then. Since I frequently needed to look in through maps and plan my travel it was really impossible to do so using the wifi.

Great location and views. Convenient to supermarkets and main town. We hope to return!

Good communication prior to arrival. Very clean apartment. Host spoke to us soon after arrival. Superb views from balconies.

Low beams (2nd floor apartment - vaulted roof) in bedrooms. Small kitchen - but still perfectly functional and well equipped.

Lovely holiday apartment

Host was very friendly and helpful. Location was ideal and very close to centre of Garmisch. Supermarkets and bakeries very close. Very clean, good comfort, excellent value, and views of the mountains from the balcony.

Kitchen had limited storage and work surface if you intend to cook often.

Cosy apartment, good location

Coat top floor apartment with lots of sleep space. we were three friends and fit comfortably. Apartment is just a few mins walk from the centre of town, supermarket close by too. Host was super helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay again.

I highly recommend this apartment.

The surrounding of the house is amazing. Great view of the mountains and greenery. Away from the main road, quiet and peaceful. With a party of 5 adults, the extra WC room was a bonus.

Not comfortable with the mattress and the pillow provided.
