Great location to convention center and to the main pool in the complex. We had awesome view of fireworks from all around Orlando - what a bonus. Nice, and spacious condo and has many amenities to make it feel like a home away from home.

Great location, very clean, nice layout, and very responsive management! I made one suggestion for the master shower, just adding some shelving or little caddy to set the shampoo, razors, etc., and they’ve indicated they are on it! I highly recommend this unit and Vista K as we have been coming there for years!
10 / 10Outstanding·May 2026
Quick trip to Universal and stayed at Vista Cay. This unit is spacious and comfortable with lovely Florida vibes. Had everything we needed for fun at the pool and preparing meals. It was a great location for the parks too!
10 / 10Outstanding·May 2026
The unit was as described, very clean, and well stocked with needed items. The listing is accurate and communication with the host is easy and they respond in a timely manner. Overall no complaints about the unit and we have no problem recommending it and the owner. Any negatives we had were items outside the control of the owner of the unit. During our stay there were some very noisy neighbors and guests using the pool. Also be prepared for the complex to play loud music in the pool area all the way up to the 11:00 pm closing time.
