We had a wonderful time on the farm. This was our largest group yet (12 people) and everyone enjoyed themselves. We finally got some nice weather this year, so we were able to spend time on the back patio and sitting around the pool. Hope to be back next year!

Our stay at the Cottonwood Canyon Farm was booked to celebrate a 40th birthday with close friends. Our stay and the property was absolutely amazing in every way. Property is beautiful and the house was very clean will all amenities needed to accommodate our stay. We utilized the pool which was a perfect addition to the weekend as well as the fire pit. Property manager Terri was extremely helpful, very courteous and a joy to work with from the booking to the end of our trip. Terri had great recommendations to local wineries and the great town of Walla Walla. This will be a repeat stay and we very much look forward to our next booking at Cottonwood Canyon Farm. This place is amazing! We had 14 adults and 3 infants and it handled our group perfectly! Absolutely beautiful property, the house was pristine, kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, fire pit hosted great family conversations, and it was close to all the wineries we wanted to visit with downtown just a few miles away. We highly recommend and will put this on our list for a return visit!

The property was perfect for our group. Great views, close to town but in the country, wildlife all around. We made use of the fire pit every night and the pool was perfect after a tough day of wine tasting. Would love to go back again with another group. Hopefully without the smoke from the forest fires.

We went on a girls trip to Walla Walla. The booking and communication with Terri and Rita was so easy. We were amazed by the property when we arrived. The property was well-supplied for a large group. So many bathrooms, a pool and stunning grounds. The location was close to town but far enough away to be secluded. Can’t wait for an excuse to go back!

Everything about this property was just perfect. We were a group of 12. 6 couples ranging from mid 40s to early 50s. We've all rented houses ranging from beachfront condos to giant lodges in Sunriver. A couple of the folks even own several rentals themselves. First thing to mention is the quality of everything on the property. We all commented on how nice the patio furniture was and how well appointed the houses were. One of the folks who own rentals thought that perhaps the owners spent a lot of time there because as he put it, nothing about this place was 'rental quality'. The fire pit was great and used every night we were there. The only comment I'd make that's at all negative is that the adirondack chairs were not popular. Very good quality but not the best for sitting around chatting with people. And for us oldish folks, a pain to get out of. The pool was good sized and clean. Very comfortable and easy to stay in for long periods of time. We all wish there was a diving board but understand why there wasn't. One comment I'd make here would be to have more plastic cups. Maybe some wine glasses and cocktail glasses. We were very diligent about no glass around the pool for obvious reasons but it would have been nice to not be drinking wine, scotch or bourbon out of plastic water cups. Air conditioning in both houses worked well and seemed to have no problem keeping up with the weather. Outdoor seating area was great with plenty of room. The BBQ area was a great set up and we had everything we needed to use it. All in all, a great property that's well managed. Every single one of us wants to reserve this place for next year. Can't wait to return!

We spent our third year here and it remains a wonderful experience. The pool was highly enjoyable. The kids really enjoyed the outside space and the various animals that come by. The communication is top notch, super fast, and any issues are dealt with very fast and by professionals. A+++

I love this property! The house was perfect for our group. We spent most of the trip in the pool and at the outdoor dining area. The kitchen is well stocked, the beds are comfy,

The farm was AMAZING! We had a full house with a couple infants for my husband’s birthday. The house was amazing, spacious, clean, and well laid out. I am already planning other reasons to return to this spot. We were there during 110° heat and were able to escape the heat in the pool, AC, or in the shade in the great outdoor area. Seriously cannot wait to return.

We discovered this gem three years ago and have made it a family tradition to invite friends and spend a few days each year since. It’s a stunning piece of property close to town, wineries and more but why would you ever leave!? It has everything you need to enjoy your stay and keep coming back for more. Thanks again!

This property was stunning! Clean, beautiful setting! The property had a small creek which the kids loved and the pool was large, clean and perfect for our college reunion with young kids. Would stay here again. We continually stated through the stay “we love this place!”

Cottonwood Canyon Farm was everything we hoped it would be and more. Little to no farm noise. Beautiful house that accommodated all ages. The outside had a place for every mood. Fun pool, cozy seating areas, peaceful grounds to explore and minutes away from downtown Walla Walla. We are already talking about coming back. Thank you so much!

We have rented vacation properties for the last 20+ years for our family. Our children, their spouses, our grandchildren, a sister and brother-in-law and niece have joined us over the years. The property was perfect for our family and facilities were amazing. The property manager was always responsive and most helpful. We are renting again for 2023.

All of us (14) thought both houses were great. The kitchen in the main house was perfect for meal prep. We used the beautiful outdoor dining space very comfortably. Played games in the yard, swam in the pool, and watched some football in the comfy TV room. The Lego room was a fun surprise! All around super experience. Thank you for all of the special details. Would recommend to anyone - such a beautiful property

Our group had a wonderful stay at the Cottonwood Canyon Farm! We immediately noticed how clean it was all throughout and this is a large property to maintain. The beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked, and the pool was enjoyed thoroughly by all. Our kids enjoyed having a whole separate house to themselves. We also really appreciated the Tesla charger in the garage since 2/3 of the families here had Tesla vehicles. While these things did not subtract from our experience significantly enough to affect the rating, we did have a few items that future guests may want to be aware of: 1) The property is on a working farm and it's not surprising that there are many flies around. The hosts supply flyswatters (for good reason) and that helps to keep this under control, but inevitably we had many flies in our kitchen all throughout the stay. There are also flies outside as well which can detract somewhat from the otherwise magical experience. 2) The oven in the kitchen is very large and good quality, however the knob that controls the temperature wasn't working properly and we had issues turning the oven on/off as well as knowing what temperature it was set to. 3) The pool is maintained weekly, however our stay occurred in between maintenance periods and we had to clean a decent amount of leaves and dead insects out of the pool before we could use it. As I said, none of this was significant enough to affect our overall impression of the property especially since there were so many positive things about it. We would definitely stay here again if the opportunity arose.
