The hotel was clean and in a great location, just a short walk from a tram stop. The breakfast was decent, and the heating worked really well.
Overall, a really good stay, but the sleeping comfort could definitely be improved.
The only downside was the bed. The mattress wasn't particularly comfortable and felt quite worn out, as though it hadn't been replaced in some time.

I guess this is what you get close to downtown Berlin if you don't shoot for top prices. You get a hotel that is totally ok for sleeping and otherwise, but totally basic in most other respects. It lacks flair, there is absolutely nothing above the bare minimum, it is a money-making machine, but you save a few euros compared to other places. So: no complaints, everything worked, breakfast was good, I slept well - but it did not feel like guests were more than an organisational matter. Still, good that such places exist, given the prices elsewhere ...!

The location and the way to arrive from the flughafen
One of the clerck was not really king because someone by mistake buy coffee and take something else and the lady told the guest in public that they didn’t pay for breakfast if that happen the best way is to
Talk in private to the person not infront everyone

It is relatively close to Alexanderplatz and the room was quiet (on the 7th floor), but everything was extremely cramped (only one chair for two people).
