Awesome place to stay. Very clean and well put together condo. We absolutely loved the large walk in shower. Place had everything we needed and the balcony was a place we hung out on every night. The pool was nice and clean as well but there was no beach we had to go further down for that. We rented a car and every place we went to was just about a 10-15 min drive so this is a great location. We got there late and there was no one in the lobby and we couldn’t get in until some other people who stayed there let us in as they were coming back in. That was a little frustrating. Took us a little bit to find the lockbox but other stayers were nice enough to help us out and told us they ran into the same issue. Other than that, great place and would definitely recommend.

Unfortunatly the sargassum made most beaches intolerable and fortunately 1800 Atlantic has the best pool in Key West. Our condo was roomy and up to date and made for a very pleasant stay. Property management was great and checking in and out was a breeze. Will definitely return.

Great for families

Great place. We found a child's mask and snorkel your in the ocean on one of our dives , so we donated it to your beach gear.

Comfortable unit with nice view. Enjoyed pool, but hot tub wasn’t working. Walking distance to Smathers Beach, but better to stay at onsite beach as there was lots of seaweed in the ocean. Had a good dinner at Hogfish Bar & Grill; great happy hour at the Boat House; and loved the Commotion on the Ocean sunset sail. Also enjoyed the Key West Garden Club at Higgs Beach that has lots of beautiful flowers.

Overall, everything was as expected. The pool and hot tub were amazing. We preferred the location because it was a 5 minute drive away from the major/busier areas. Neighbors and other guests were friendly and welcoming especially towards our kids. Only negative was the beach area was closed due to glass being washed up shore from a storm; which is out of anyone’s control.

Great condo! Plenty of space to stretch out. Balcony was nice for having morning coffee. Bed in master was super comfy. Pool and hot tub were nice. I did get quite a few bites from the no see ums.. recommend bug spray!

Check in process was a difficult because the code for building didn't work and it was after hours so no help from property management, finally had random people walking in the lobby who opened doors for us and we were able to get out packet from the mail box. Condo itself was beautiful and very comfortable. The place was very clean, my sister has cleaning business and she was very impressed with cleanliness of the. place. would definitely recommend

The place was very clean and tidy and super nice to enjoy for our stay once we figured out how to get in.

This was our first trip to Key West and this property was a good fit for our family. It was away from the busy party area. Also, the pool area was an excellent size, and we never had a problem getting a chair to catch some sun.

There is no restaurant or bar on the property so if you like those amenities you should look elsewhere. When you get your checkin information…. Print it and hi-light ALL the instructions…. How to contact security, what number you need to tell them and the lock box code…. This will reduce your stress after a full day of flying!!!

Shower was excellent! Property was a bit dated (1984) but in a good way. Well built. Long list of amenities. Only criticism/suggestion is to steam clean carpets. Would stay again and recommend to others. Thanks!

The unit is very well maintained. Comfortable furniture and beds. Kitchen is well equipped and bathrooms are very nicely updated. Great unit would definitely stay again. Porch chairs at the table could use an update but the rest of the balcony furniture is great - huge balcony with loungers, comfy chairs and a table you can sit and eat at. Very spacious unit.
