Private villa with a heated pool (from April through October) on 5,000 m² of land surrounded by trees, with no neighbors in sight.
3 km. From Draguignan and Floyosc, 8 km from Lorgues.
25 km from the sea and 30 km from Lake Sainte-Croix. Ideal for family vacations and for exploring Provence.

The villa consists of the garden level: dining room, fully equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom with a double bed (160 × 200), 1 bedroom with a double bed (140 × 190), 1 toilet, 1 bathroom with a shower and bathtub, a laundry room, and an enclosed garage.
On the upper floor: 1 bedroom with a double bed (160 × 200), 1 bedroom with two single beds (100 × 200) and 1 shower with a toilet.
All bedrooms feature large closets and windows.
Private and secure pool, sunbathing area, patio furniture, and a plancha.
Amenities:
In the house: fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, stovetop, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, electric pressure cooker.

A baby bed and a chair for the kids.
Various children’s toys
Outside: a swing, a ping-pong table, and a 3-square-meter playhouse with children’s toys, as well as a pétanque area.

The villa was lovely especially the pool and outside living area. The location is superb for the Côte d’Azur and extraordinary Var towns, many of which have regular markets.We were disappointed that a separate charge was requested for towels, bedding & end of stay clean.

We had one week in this super house. And used the swimming pool and stayed at the terrace in the evenings. I had so much god stuff for our 2 smallest people. The garden is such a nice place to stay and the house came with so many things to play with. We will come back.

We had a wonderfull time here. The garden is big and with a fence all around wich is perfekt for a family with a dog. The house is spacious and the pool area is private without any neighbours beeing able to see you.
We recommend this house.
