It was super easy to pickup the keys from the lock box (arrived at 01:30 AM). The flat was clean and spacious. It was great, that the temperature of the house was set to 22 degrees upon arrival. The landlord provided a PDF with all the instructions. The blinds worked perfectly and the neighbourhood was very quiet.
We had only one toilet paper roll, the handle of one of the doors was not working properly, Wi-Fi wasn't reliable (kept disconnecting and reconnecting).

It is in a good location with only 12 mins walk from the main bus station and also the old town. Also close to the beach. It was very spacious and comfortable. It is in a secure building. Very handy to restaurants and supermarkets. The washing machine and dishwasher worked well. There were clear instructions and they even happy to let us in early.

Nice size, good location and clean.
No dryer and difficult to dry clothes on balcony as no exposure to sun.
No air con so apartment gets very very warm even with the 2 fans in use.
Wifi quite patchy.
Lost power at one point and had to reset fuses.
