Great stay! Will visit again

Beautiful rooms! Location was very convenient and the staff were great!

Just a heads up that most of the rooms do not have a bathroom door. Shower rooms are open but WC has a door

A nice, simple hotel in Amsterdam that was a little cheaper than other options

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room came with a great little gift basket with a drink, a snack, some other nice touches. They gave me an option to choose my favorite pillow.

There was a lot of floor space, but no shelves or drawers to unpack my suitcase into. There is a primary school next door, so you hear children yelling as soon as you get up during the week. Amsterdam hotels may be outrageous, so while it was a good price compared to others, it was far from cheap. I thought the floor was a weird surface.

Pleasant

It was really easy to locate. I had an embassy appointment and it was just a 7 minute walk. The area is also quiet which I liked, but close enough to the busy parts of Amsterdam. My room was upgraded which I really appreciated. The staff were very pleasant and helpful too.

I would have liked some basic bathroom supplies like toothpaste and a cup to hold toiletries on the bathroom sink.

Excellent hotel near Museum Square

Extremely comfortable beds. The room is modern and very clean. The staff are exceptionally helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. The location is great, close to the museums.

All in all, a very good value for a hotel in a great location.

The location and staff were both excellent!

No doors on the shower and the toilet room was very tiny. Having only one sink in a family room was difficult.

I wouldn't stay here again

Good location for access to museums. The beds are comfortable bed.

Very basic accommodation, black mould in shower cubicle, thick layer of dust on headboard and wall mounted phone, limited clothes storage, tiny bedside tables. No air con. Charged extra tax on arrival, in spite of booking receipt claiming all taxes paid. They use ECO tag to provide less but charge more.

Fantastic Hotel in Super Location

Pretty much everything! The staff were so helpful, the rooms were spacious, beds comfortable, beautifully clean, a lovely breakfast, lovely little touches like a free drink between 5&6pm. Lovely garden and perfect location for the museums and an easy tram ride away from other places.

would have liked more privacy in bathroom … two teens sharing a room so didn’t like the slightly open showers. bath towels could have been a little bigger but otherwise perfect in every way!

I think the size of the room is very good compared to other European hotels.

The lack of wardrobe (open hanger is available) and the number of hanger is very limited especially for couples.

Great Boutique European Experience.

The continental breakfast was very good.

The room was on a noisy street, but the noise was not so bad in the evening. The other side of the hotel would likely experience less noise.

Very clean, nicely decorated, well located in the museums’ area and the personnel is really helpful and kind.

A bit pricey for rooms that are not very big, also considering that breakfast comes at an extra.

Superb

Hotel is located walking distance from Museumplein where Rijks Museum,MOCO, and Van Gogh Museum are situated . Close to tram (line 12 ) also. Spacious room with comfy bed. Room has very contemporary design . Staff very accommodating ( Yael and Elise ) .

Shower area is open so no privacy .

Our trip to Amsterdam was very enjoyable thanks to our decision to stay at this hotel.

The Museum Square hotel is located in a lovely neighborhood with several "off the radar" cafes and restaurants nearby. In addition, the hotel is with walking distance of the most significant and prominent of Amsterdam's museums. The staff at the hotel are very friendly and helpful, most are multi-lingual and willing to assist the customers in any way possible.

The lounge and bar seating area isn't very extensive and tables are small. It is difficult for 4 people to comfortably eat breakfast together.

A delightful gem for a too-short stay in Amsterdam!

The fabulous location, friendly staff and comfy room (with a private garden patio outside our door ) made it a perfect stop. We’ll book there again! we liked the “eco vibe” and the wine/cheese hour.

A second chair in the room would have been nice. we brought a patio chair in and that did just fine.

The location of the hotel was great. It is located 20 minutes from the city centre by walk - very convenient.

The shower in the bathroom. Water flowed out of the shower, creating a pool of water in the bathroom... Also the room was smaller and less welcoming than what I thought from the pictures...
