Skvělé, čisté, útulné.

Velmi milá hostitelka, pomohla i s kufry nahoru. Přivítací láhev sektu, káva, čaj k dispozici.

Jediné, co trochu zkazilo dojem jsou strmé a velmi úzké schody vedoucí do apartmánu. Pro někoho by mohly být nezdolatelnou překážkou.

Perfect

Great apartment, cosy, well furnished, with everything you need to feel at home. In a quiet neighborhood, opposite the park. Bus stop nearby with good connection to the center, also not far on foot. Lovely, helpful staff.

Amazing, huge apartment, very close to the tram station (2 minutes walk), close to the supermarket which is in front of the tram station, great view to the park ahead and overall just a really good experience, it had everything we needed and even more :)

Great place to stay, close to where we needed to be. Efficient and accommodating service from all.

Cute apartment that lets you easily experience all the best of Amsterdam

Adorable apartment situated perfectly near transport, restaurants and shops. Lovely, helpful staff - allowed us to feel like true residents of the city vs. tourists given the surrounding area. Would definitely book again. 19 Tram and 12 Sprinter train got us from the apartment to Amsterdam airport quickly and easily. Was overall very quiet neighborhood given the central location. Do yourselves a favor and eat at Elsa's - the burger was one of the best we've ever had and the amount of food for the cost was fantastic.

Loved that the apartment had AC available - there was a mechanical 'banging' sound we heard that recurred on a 5-7 minute basis as if something (HVAC) was cycling on. Initially we thought it was the AC but the second night we didn't use it and still heard the noise. Given our short stay and time in the apartment we didn't mention but would be difficult for light sleepers. The unit we were in had a somewhat poorly laid out bathroom. We're tall and the way the toilet and vanity were situated our knees were a problem making it a bit uncomfortable. Finally, yes the stairs are an experience - lol - much easier going down than up - especially on the third level.

Superb

The hosts very nice and funny, helpful with details and information on what to visit and how to get in most important locations. The apartment is clean, with a small garden in the back yard, perfect for a morning coffee. Bonus, a bottle of prosecco. Because I do not drink alcohol, I left it for the next visitors. Hope they enjoy it.

Very nice stay, can be improved with some minor adjustments.

The apartment was very clean, spacious, and well-located. The kitchen was easy to use and offered some typical supplies, such as coffee. The backyard patio was enjoyable, and the neighborhood was excellent for all sorts of activities. The apartment is located right on a tram line and near a stop, there is a wonderful, large park right across the street, and there are endless options for food, drink, and leisure within easy walking distance. The front office staff/property manager was quick and responsive to questions and setting up our check-in and check-out.

It would be helpful to have more flexibility for picking up keys and checking out. I was disappointed that the property would not give us a 2-hour late check-out, which they said was not possible due to the need to clean for the next guest; when we went back to pick up our bags, our apartment was untouched and it was clear there was no need for us to have been out at the standard check-out time, even though having to be out of the apartment early created challenges for us in our subsequent travel. The apartment upstairs creates noise in this apartment whenever someone up there is walking - which is especially noticeable early in the morning. There are four seats on the patio, but only three cushions. It would be beneficial to add additional easy chairs in the living room area, rather than having just one couch in there. Last, the apartment is overpriced - we paid well over $400 USD per night - which is far too much for this particular property in this location.

Perfect!

The staff were incredible! They were really accommodating in every way. They provided an intricate maps of the metro and tram lines, that even included all the stops between the apartment stop and the main attractions. The apartment itself was really lovely, it felt very homely and it had everything you need including glassware, cutlery , soaps and such, there was even spare bed sheets and a comforter in the closet. It was still quite modern and had great natural light. The location is perfect, its opposite this huge beautiful park , theres two shops only a few minutes walk down the road, the tram stop is also really close and connects you to the tourist sights like Dam Square, Rijikmuseum and Van goph museum.

The balcony was lovely but it’s not secluded and there was some scaffolding at the back for some renovations, it didn’t really bother us because its not intrusive but others may find it unpleasant.

If you travel with little luggage, the apartment is well located.

Irene, the host, was exceptional, always attentive to our needs. Without her help, we would never have been able to carry the four suitcases up the narrow and steep stairs.

I never imagined having to carry 4 suitcases up such narrow and steep stairs, equivalent to 3 floors, to reach the apartment. It has been one of the most challenging experiences to access an apartment, and I definitely do not want to repeat it in the future.

The hotel is located right in front of a park, which is a great bonus for nature lovers and those who enjoy a peaceful environment.

We booked a room for five people, but ended up being charged for six people because we didn't specify the correct number of guests. This was an unexpected and unpleasant surprise.

Perfect!

Tisja was more than helpful! We had the most perfect stay, close to central- just 2 trams away. The double bed and sofa bed were comfy and we got a great couple nights sleep. Everything was perfect!

The stairs were extremely steep, however I think this is quite common in Amsterdam and didn’t affect our stay at all!

A pleasant stay in a good location

The location is great. The apartment has everything you need and is comfortable and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

There are some things that are broken. The main light in the bedroom did not work. The curtains in the living room are a bit loose and the cover of the extractor fan is loose. However, no serious issues that affected us directly.

It was staying for good memories!

Excellent location near tram and train and very easy reach to any parts of Amsterdam. Clean and very well equipped with kind personnel.
