The hotel is located close to the offices I am visiting during my business trips. I love that I can hire bicycles directly at the hotel; it is very convenient.

I stayed a couple of times in the same room, 234 (WestCord 4), which is nice; however, the mattress is worn out, and the carpet has stains.

We got a room on the first floor on the garbage and the parking lot which was really unpleasant and noisy. The dirty laundry cart stood at the entrance to our room all day.

The comfort was amazing, nice sized room very clean and presentable. Breakfast was lush and lots to offer.

Hotel is located quite far from city center where you can find most of the dining places but getting there by bus is not a problem at all. We didn't eat breakfast at the hotel although ordered food to the room once. I recommend eating French onion soup there ;) Rooms are spacious, beds are very comfortable, bathrooms well equipped.

The staff were extremely helpful and efficient. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel was lovely and clean and the beds were nice and comfy!

There was a lack of plug sockets and the TV wasn’t great. This isn’t a massive issue as we spent a lot of time exploring and very little time in the hotel but if you wanted a chilled night in the room this could be an issue.

No phone in the room, hallway was full of peoples plates and rubbish.

Staff were under pressure but despite this they were most helpful and friendly. I requested our 2 rooms to be beside each other and the manager changed things around to accommodate this request when we were checking in.

Hotel was situated in a very quiet residential area so you couldn't just walk out of hotel and visit shops or pubs. The atmosphere was really dull around the hotel. You always had to get the bus into the city centre.

We went to Milkshake Festival in the nearby Westerpark. The hotel was in a great location for this. The hotel was clean and comfortable, but we did experience a couple of issues.

The power was out in the first room we were placed in. We were moved rooms, but the second room was not as nice as the first. Most of the staff were lovely, but the night manager was very rude. He practically refused us entry to the hotel when we returned from the festival claiming we weren't wearing appropriate clothes. (We were wearing festival clothing; it was definitely not inappropriate).
