Lovely lakeside location. Huge room with doors onto balcony overlooking the lake. No kettle but coffee maker worked for warm water. Floor fan, no ac. Quiet. Nice toiletries.
Bad stink like sewerage in bathroom; improved but not resolved by maintenance staff. Tired decor.

Limited amount of tv channels available

Breakfast was very good, a good selection
Coffee out of the machine was very good
The bread was exceptional, the one with the fruit in.
Having to pay for parking 18€ per day for parking in the hotel grounds was not on, it should be free

Good location, friendly staff.
Rooms / Hotel could use an upgrade. Damaged door surroundings, dust/spiderwebs in room. No charging outlets or power outputs next to the bed. On arrival heavy smoke smell in room and hallway, although not allowed to smoke inside. We booked two rooms, rooms were on different floors.
