Room was spacious and clean, staff was very friendly and got us our room promptly once we arrived. They offered free tea, coffee and fruit downstairs which was an unexpected treat.
Nothing about the hotel itself, it's a 25 minute walk to Brussles Central and 30 to Brussles Midi. We were here during the strike and that made the journey in more complicated. The walk from Midi is very shady so may be advisable to get a taxi.

A very unique staff: friendly, smiley, helpful. Super clean and cosy. Warm and welcoming atmosphere. Super centered location yet calm.
Just the floor gives noise when you walk or the person above you walks.

Everything! Absolute gem of a hotel. Free tea coffee hot chocolate and water any time of the day. The staff are all so friendly and happy to give advice . Rooms made up every day and a fridge in the room was an added bonus. I felt so safe in this area and for extra security the main door is locked from 11.30pm but there is always someone on reception to let you in.
