Very clean, secure, quiet and relaxing stay in a modern hotel. Nice touch with the lounge access on level 24. Unfortunately, I didn’t get to use the spa facilities.
Location about a 1.2 mile walks away from Grand Place but that suited us, some calm away from the masses.
Public spaces were chilled and staff very helpful.
Breakfast was stimulating with a great range of healthy options as well as the normal staples.
Bed was huge and a great shower.
Only minor niggles were the pillows, two deep, but that’s a personal issue and the lack of privacy in the bathroom / bed space with a small sliding divider.

Location, views, building, vibe, spa, breakfast- incredible!
There is literally no human interaction anymore.

The view is very clean and simply beautiful. I slept on the tenth floor and can only imagine how amazing it must be higher up. Very clean and very comfortable.
So I came on a Friday evening, stayed for the weekend, and left on the Monday. If you want a good night's sleep or have difficulties sleeping, this is NOT the place to be. The noise from outside on the weekend is terrible — you can hear the music, the DJs, and the outside noise coming in. Couldn’t sleep at all
