The hotel was conveniently located relatively close to the university campus. Clean and nice room. Parking on site for an extra cost is also convenient for those travelling by car. Polite staff. Coffee/tea in the room.
The hotel is quite expensive for its location and provided services. The bathroom has a bathtub - I personally prefer a standing shower. Breakfast could include more hot dishes

I was offered a free car park for my stay which was a very good gesture and also a late check out as I came back late from a party. Thank for that

The breakfast was nice.
Lifts were terrible and not properly programmed. You had to wait long periods for them to arrive to your floor then once inside stopped on every floor even though no one was waiting. Parking was terrible. When you arrive, there’s nowhere to stop and unload. In the parking garage, I had to park outside of my “allotted” space as I couldn’t exit the car and had I parked there, the driver of the car next to me wouldn’t have been able to enter their vehicle. So I had to park partially blocking the car’s exit. When I came to retrieve my vehicle the next morning, there was another car parked behind mine, which restricted the exit of several vehicles. Because sorting this out and waiting for the elevators took quite some time, I was late to the event I had come to town to attend which was only a ten-minute drive away.
