It was nice to have something warm to breakfast.

I have stayed at this hotel before, and the rooms are typical IBIS style: simple, clean, and practical. The staff was very kind and helpful. We had an issue connecting our phone to the smart TV, and they immediately came to try to fix it. When it couldn’t be resolved, they gave us another room, and the problem was solved. Great location as well.

Clean room.nice shower. Good to be able to fry your own eggs and to have a good selection of breakfast items.
No kettle in room.had to ask for one. TV control didn't work. Afternoon staff promised to fix it and replace battery before evening. Came in at 10 pm and it hadn't been done. Not being able to contact reception from room via internal phone. Entry card to room didn't work 2 nights out if 3. Air conditioning control had no instructions so had to turn off completely.
