素晴らしく、また利用したい。

朝食は毎日殆ど変わらないが種類もあり美味しく満足。ホテルはオスロの多くの観光スポットまで徒歩圏に位置しており、メイン通りまで近い割に静か。

暫く使っていなかったのかチェックイン時は部屋の清掃が不十分で埃などがたまっていたことが残念。

Oh no

Breakfast was ok not as we have had in Europe , breakfast room seating very tight could hardly get round tables , Room heater could not be turned down advised front desk at beginning of stay 2nd day advised again and still had not been rectified on leaving . We feel the room thing of no cleaning unless we advised them , eco is the word they use is a bit of a cop out, eg normally only get towels done every 3/4 days any way . Only good thing If here again would we stay no . Note that’s our personal opinion

Lots see above also had coffee machine and fridge tick here , but no milk 2pods 1teabag 3 sugar you could ask for some but it should be there on arrival, it’s not that hard too do a job properly.

Ideaal, centraal gelegen hotel voor een citytrip in Oslo.

Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Het ontbijt was onberispelijk. Keuze genoeg om je eigen persoonlijke ontbijt samen te stellen : allerlei dranken, vers fruit, yoghurt, charcuterie, beleg, eitjes, verse wafeltjes, verschillende soorten brood. Super !

Good location and good people 🫶

Everything 🫶 workers are kind, breakfast is really good. Workers who prepare our breakfast is really attentive and clean.. location is central room is also good and warm what else i can say.

Kommer nok ikke til å benytte dette hotellet igjen.

Rommet iskaldt, badet var ikke rent, rommene var veldig mye mindre enn forventet.

Great location

Hotel room was small but very comfortable and in a great spot. You can walk to most attractions and the bus is very close. There is also a deli across the road. Breakfast was good and staff great. I would recommend this hotel

Helt greit til prisen

Sentral beliggenhet. God frokost og hyggelig personale.

Iskaldt på rommet så jeg måtte pakke inn babyen i masse klær for at han ikke skulle fryse. Rommet var mye mer slitt enn forventet og jeg fikk i tillegg beskjed om at rommet mitt var blitt oppgradert så det opprinnelige rommet var tydeligvis enda verre.

Ikke førstevalg av hotell, men svært imøtekommende ansatte

Personalet veldig hyggelig, gode senger, grei beliggenhet, grei pris.

Mye slitt både rommene og ellers på hotellet, dårlig utvalg i frokost salen, kaotisk i helga med mye folk og vansker med å finne bord, sen/manglende rydding ved bordene, fant skitne fat blandt de rene, flere skår i fat, tomme fat med pålegg/tilbehør/juice Rommene var slitte, første rommet svært sparsomt møblert og svært små både rommet og sengen. Ikke renhold hvis en ikke ber om det.

Nærhet til sentrum

Forferdelig parfymelukt på rommet som stakk i nesen og hals. Vi hadde begge vinduene åpent hele dagen. Til tross var det ikke bra da vi gikk for p legge oss

Goed verblijf -wat donkere kamer

Het ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid en goed. Werd goed aangevuld. Alles was ruim aanwezig.

We hadden een kamer met apart zitje - alleen het leek of we in de kelder zaten - verbleven op 1e verdieping. Maar keken uit op andere hotelkamers en binnen muren

The location is perfect. It’s in the city center and you can reach all tourist spots on foot. The staff is very nice and helpful.

Great staff, breakfast, location. Hotel was probably top not 20 years ago. Superficial maintenance.

The whole hotel is shabby. Curtains hanging off, we reported a list of issues including plug socket off the wall, they fixed what we listed, but we forgot to mention both curtains, so they only did one.

Central stopover. Best feature = staff

Good location Exceptional customer service from one of the reception staff. Promptly emailed us about secure bike storage and when we arrived both remembered and helped us to use it, bravo. Good breakfast selection but very crowded, even with a timing system

Room felt a bit drab and depressing and the lift noise was intrusive (even though we weren’t that close to the lift shaft) Fine as a stopover, OK, just not fabulous and I wouldn’t stay a week.

Speaking of the room, it was a haven of comfort. The attention to detail was evident in every aspect of the room's design, from the plush bedding to the well-appointed amenities. I particularly appreciated the stunning view from my window (city centre street), which added an extra touch of magic to my mornings. The dining options here are a culinary delight. Good location

Good central location, close to station, waterside, museums all within walking distance. Good buffet breakfast. Bed comfy and good wifi.

Not satisfied.

Reception was unfriendly and rude, had some issues there. She tried to make me feel bad and almost humiliated me. At least it did feel like that. I cancelled my two other nights because of this. I stayed one night. She was raising her voice and made me feel “not welcomed”. She than eventually provided a room with low Wi-Fi connection it wasn’t working. I usually stay on hotels and I do so frequently and I’ve not experience this before. That was draining and left me depleted and ruined my mood and stay. I would not recommend because you get a lot of better options in Oslo. There is so many other great and beautiful hotels in Oslo with same price as this one but with better utilities and overall satisfaction. The bathroom is old and it feels cold and it is a bit disgusting. I left disgusted.

Friendly staff in a dated hotel

Helpful and friendly staff. They saved the experience from being worse. Ok beds and good selection at the breakfast buffet.

Dated hotel. Looks better in the pictures than it is in real life. Crowded breakfast area and in a room that made it feel even more crowded.

Excellent hotel, amazing breakfast - super value in an expensive city!

The facilities were good and the beds very comfortable. Towels were provided, toiletries were provided and the staff were friendly and helpful. Location was great, only a ten minute walk to all the main places. Breakfast was superb. Plus we were able to drop bags for free when we arrived in the morning even though rooms weren’t ready.

If I’m being picky, the lighting was quite dim as it was only lamps and no main light. Wasn’t really much of a problem, but there you go.

A relaxing budget stay near Oslo central station.

Hotel is located close (@10 mins walk) to central railway station. They serve a fantastic breakfast with much options to choose.

The hotel rooms needs renovation for example our junior suite bed i think was almost 20+ years old, the room lacks adequate lighring and bathroom was not having any hooks to hang clothes, towel and napkin.
