vasken var tett, det bel ikke fikset under oppholdet selv om vi sa ifra flere ganger.

coroisantene under frokosten! tok med meg 5 stk i baggen

mid hotel. Strømmen gikk flere ganger på rommet vårt og det ble ikke fikset med engang selv om vi sa ifra. Rommet var ikke som på bildet, veldig mørkt og utsikten var en skitten vegg og søppelrommet. Han duden i resepajsonene var frekk og brydde seg ikke om vårt opphold.

Es hat alles gepasst.

Die Lage des Hotel ist super. Preis-Leistung ist auch sehr gut, und die Zimmer sind auch ok für ein Kurztrip nach Oslo

Das Hotel ist schon ein bisschen in die Jahr gekommen, aber trotzdem empfehlenswert.

Located very close to the Central Railway Station (5 min walk), room was quite large, had a table, a chair and a bench, so two persons could sit at the table. WC was proper. The hotel has a terrace on the roof with a nice view of the Opera house.

We happened to come down for breakfast when the place was full, so it was hard to find a table and the place felt noisy and overcrowded.

Great location, awesome breakfast, and helpful staff!

Breakfast is PACKED with limited seating and the staff was helpful, but most times if the day there’s only one person working the reception and the bar by themself which made the wait time to be helped longer

Good central position, good price, good staff, good breakfast.

too crowded at breakfastst time, people walking around with trays of food and nowhere to sit and eat. We found it better to get up at least 1hour earlier than we would to get a seat.

Short but sweet stay!

We arrived early and we intended to leave our luggage until check-in time but we were offered our room since was ready! That helps a lot after a long travel day. The room was very comfortable and had a very good night of rest even when our room faced the street, it was quiet and dark thanks to the blinds and a comfy bed. Breakfast was delicious too!

We had no bad experiences!

A room with NO view

Location was perfect and breakfast good.

The room felt like a cell with one dirty skylight and very warm (lack of ventilation). The two nights we were there the corridor still had tissues and a tooth floss/pick lying on the floor so not that clean and had to request a bath towel as room only had one between us - we were happy to keep the same towels for both nights. Staff were generally ok but one girl on the desk seemed really disinterested, annoyingly so. Ordered a tea/coffee at reception to take up to the room (no minibar or room facilities which was fine) but we had to request milk, a cup (paper), sugar, a lid cover and temperature scalding hot to carry up several floors. She seemed not to want to bother with things, guys on check-in and check-out were the opposite though.

No cosmetics,no tea kettle in the room,no possibility to make tea or coffee,breakfast ok,but could be better...no butter for breakfast,,quite expensive,there are more convienient hotels located in the center for better price

Pleasant

The staff members are extremely nice and helpful. The room was pretty clean. The dining/meeting area was really nicely designed and useful.

The bed was really uncomfortable and the food was bland. The hallway to our room seemed a bit dirty.

Disappointing

The young man on reception was friendly enough but the rooms we were allocated were the tiniest ( about 10 sq m) in the hotel. We were travelling from overseas first time in Oslo during the off season so much of the hotel was unoccupied. I believe this hotel has some very nice rooms as the friends we were travelling with who had stayed there before and had chosen this hotel said they had a nice room last time they were there. Upon looking at the hotel map with the fire escape route on it, it became apparent that only a few rooms on each floor were extremely tiny most were a little bigger and some a lot bigger. We had this experience repeated in Copenhagen where we once again stayed in the worst room in the Comfort hotel this one also had cracks in the shower with mould. I queried with the staff why such a poor room and was told that it was booked through a booking site Expedia and hence was the worst rooms they have!!! I fail to understand the business model that advertises on Expedia and Booking.com only to provide inferior products to customers using these services!!! Also if fifty percent is empty, instead of downgrading customers how about offering a free upgrade to a slightly better room which encourages customers to return. We will NEVER stay in any of the UN COMFORT chain of hotels again!!

The size and quality of the rooms. No tea and coffee making facilities. Not comfortable at all.

A great location with easy walking access to many of the main attractions in oslo

Friendly, excellent location, large range of food for breakfast which can be eaten in an airy room with winter views outside of trees and the iconic opera house beyond. Simple stylish rooms.

location was great! breakfast wad also great!

small rooms , shower was very narrow! no kettle or cupboards in the room only cleaning room every 4th day (and our room was not even properly cleaned on the 4th day)
