Fair

Breakfast was very good. The room was ready before official check in time.

The room was hot and there was no way to vary the temperature. The room was extremely noisy from the street below. With no ac and the window only partially openable it made for an uncomfortable night.

Poor sleep

The staff, breakfast and cleaning was nice

The room's window was directly to the air conditioning outside machines so the noise coming from there was very annoying especially during night so I had poor sleep. The last night, suddenly there was very loud music for a moment. The bathroom was narrow, to seat on the toilet my legs were under the sink.

Lovely and comfy

Very close to central stations, the staff are awesome , very kind and approachable. Very helpful especially Murat the guy in breakfast hall he is very entertaining and funny 😄.

Massiv totalrenovering fruktansvärd ljudnivå, fantastiskt frukost och personal.

Läget var perfekt! Frukosten var vistelsens höjdpunkt. Väldigt stort utbud, färska råvaror och bra presenterat. All frukostpersonal var fantastiskt trevliga. Upplevelsen på frukosten var höjdpunkten på boendet.

Det är en massiv totalrenovering i hela byggnaden bredvid, de ska bygga ett hotell. De har endast börjat så det lär pågå säkert ett halvår till, under den tiden hade jag Aldrig bott här. Klockan sju började de och det varade hela dagen. Det var omöjligt att komma hem och vila på rummet en stund eller ens ta en sovmorgon längre än sju. Det är pålande, borrande och öronproppar hjälper inte! Jag är jättebesviken att ingen meddelade oss om detta. Om det inte hade varit för ljudnivån så hade jag kunnat bo här nästa vistelse i Oslo. Sängarna var supersmå. Vi hade två 80cm sängar. Toaletterna är orimligt små, man får sitta på snett på toalettstolen så inte knäna slår i vasken.

Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία για να δεις όλα τα αξιοθέατα με τα πόδια Κομψή Σκανδιναβική χρωματιστή διακόσμηση. Πλούσιο πρωινό. 24ωρο κέρασμα καφέ, τσάι και διάφορα φρούτα και κρουασάν.

Στενό δωμάτιο αλλά εργονομικό. Υπερβολικά μικρό μπάνιο, οριστικά λειτουργικό. Καθημερινός καθαρισμός αλλά όχι σχολαστικός. Δεν διαθέτει παντόφλες. Σε ορισμένους μπορεί να είναι ενοχλητικός ο θόρυβος από εργασίες σε διπλανό κτίριο. Πολύ στενά τα κρεβάτια, αλλά καλά στρώματα. Άν έχεις γενικά ήσυχο ύπνο είσαι οκ, αλλιώς κινδυνεύεις να πέσεις κάτω.

Great location, great breakfast, room and bathroom size, so-so. Overall though a very good value.

Complimentary breakfast buffet was awesome, the best I've ever seen. Amazing.

The rooms were very small, we had to shimmy between the bed and wall to get to one side of the bed in the room we were in. The bathrooms are tiny.

Trying out a Thon

The location of the hotel is quite excellent. It is literally 5 mins walking from the central train station. The staff are very friendly and professional.

The room does not have a safe which I found a but inconvenient ; however, there is a room with a number of safes at the lobby area.

Very comfortable and convenient for a short stay.

A very good, central location, easy access from Oslo Central Station carrying heavy luggage! The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the room was well equipped- a single room with two chairs, tea and coffee making facilities. The breakfast buffet was very good.

The shower cubicle was a little small and some water escaped under the door onto the bathroom floor- neither of these were a big problem. The breakfast room got very busy about 9.00am and I saw a couple of people finding it hard to find a table. Breakfast was from 6.30-11.00, so if you can avoid the rush.

Wonderful hotel in Oslo!

The room was large and very clean, the beds were extremely comfortable, and the prices were very competitive. The front desk staff were always very helpful and the breakfast was delicious. Location was great too! Highly recommend!

Great location and reasonable price

Location was perfect for visiting the city. Only a minute walk to the main streets and train station. Breakfast was also very good.

The rooms are very small but it didn't really matter for the purpose of our trip

Good location and breakfast

Great location, less than 5 mins walk from Oslo central station. Great breakfast options, polite staff, they also have a luggage room where you can drop your luggage for the day.

The room for single person is extremely small. There is no space to walk if you pull out the chair. The room/chair was dusty, maybe the room not used in longtime.

Value for money & i would recommend it for people on a budget who also want to be in the city centr

The breakfast was excellent, location was extremely Central. It is close to the railway station , walking distance in fact but can be a challenge walking to the hotel with your luggage because of the cobble stones. I travelled in winter in January the rooms are kept a comfortable temperature

The view was terrible but i guess can't be helped with some rooms. I was booked in a standard queen. Rooms are small and basic but efficiently designed , i was aware before so it's not a complaint but a suggestion ,it was ok for 1 person but can be a bit of a squeeze if it's 2 people with more than one suitcase. Rooms do not have a safe.

Terrible housekeeping and service!

Breakfast. excellent choice, wonderful service in the restaurant.

Terrible housekeeping and non-responsive staff at the reception. The bunk beds for the kids were not set up; when we opened them it turned out that the safety rail was not functioning properly; they had no one on hand to repair this. the final solution had to be proposed by us; since the only thing they could suggest was another bed in an already crowded room!

I liked really everything. :-)

Especially: - Perfect central location (I walked even less than 5 minutes from the central station) - Rich breakfast offer (available until 11 am; the breakfast was so good that I didn't want to stop) - Beautiful modern cozy room (also the bathroom looked newly refurbished) - Nice and helpful staff (reception) -> THANKS!

Location is right in middle of city u can walk around to most attractions & Central Station Good breakfast spread

I was booked for 1 person room so the rooms were of tht size which was manageable, but the shower cubicle is so small u can hardly stand in it

Good for budget but not for quiet

Good breakfast buffet, clean rooms, nice central location comfortable mattresses and blankets and little noise from the streets. Nice shower and bathroom wasn't too cramped. TV with chromecast was very much appreciated. So was the free instant coffee and tea in the room, along with an electric kettle and some cups

We booked a family room which was supposed to have 2 single beds, as we are just friends and weren't comfortable sharing a bed. Unfortunately, the main 2 person bed only had one mattress so we couldn't pull it apart. I ended up sleeping on one of the stacked beds that's meant for any potential kids, but it didn't feel completely level so I felt I was about to roll out. Bathroom partially unfinished. Sink edges were left unfinished and there was an exposed ground wire in the shower drain (which caused a bit of concern as I didn't know it was a ground wire until Googling the wire colours). The walls were rather thin and we could hear the people in the rooms around us. The first morning we woke up to someone practicing their opera singing (she was quite good, but still awkward to wake up to at 08:00 😅).

very close to centre of town and train station. good family rooms. good value.

the family rooms with pull down beds were more spacious than other hotels we have been to. very close (5 min walk) to train station for easy access to airport. breakfast great.

Superb

Wonderful service - particularly from Rasmus who went above and beyond to help me and my partner locate some lost personal items. He was extremely friendly and lovely to deal with. Location of the hotel is excellent - only a short walk from the Central railway station and close to bus stops that take you to the major attractions. Breakfast selection was excellent. Would happily stay here again!
