The room was nice and not noisy. The breakfast was good

I hung up my towels and I am concerned about our environment. It was annoying that the maid still changed them! I also expected them to wash my cup and take away an empty plate.

Excellent central location with wonderful breakfast

The breakfast was well varied with the added bonus of a gluten free section. The location was central and we were able to be within walking distance of multiple sites.

We had a great stay at the Thon Atrium hotel - would definitely return in the future..

Hotel was excellently situated but was also very quiet at nights. Able to book a single room which was great. Breakfast was excellent - a self-serve buffet with a huge selection of hot and cold foods.

The entrance to the shower was very small - an overweight person might not have been able to access the opening.

The location was perfect close to the harbour shops restaurants etc. It was perfect to walk to the station with big wheeled bags to catch a train to the airport

As basic hotels went I thought it was excellent.

Oslo is a booming city and always a pleasure to visit.

Location was within steps of the harbor which I had visited before so I knew this is where I wanted to be. Room upgrade was nice as we were not able to get two twins due to an error in booking. Plenty of room to relax between day trips. As always in Scandinavia the breakfasts are GREAT!

Finding the hotel from the train station was a bit tricky at first. We couldn't get two twins so had to adapt. Breakfast room was very crowded, but staff hustled to keep everyone happy.

Location, good size room, very good breakfast, nice friendly staff

We had very noisy neighbours and had to complain to night staff as it woke us all up two nights running. A very creaky noisy spare bed for my daughter.

Lovely property, just check the details of breakfast open times

The room was bright and roomy, good facilities and friendly approachable staff (when they arrived) Lots of free coffee Great breakfast

When the desk is not maned, there is a poster with a number to call on it - however no one answered it When we checked in, we were told breakfast was from 6am on Monday, in the room and lift it was again advertised as open from 6am It wasn't and there didn't seem much interest in resolving that - so instead of a nice relaxing morning, we had to rush, not at all how we wanted the day to go

Will be back

Location was great, next to the offices I needed to work. The gym was also good which helps to relieve the stress. Same as the breakfast, which is of good quality.

The coffee machine was a bit complex to operate in order to get a latte. Also the treadmill of the right side seems to be damaged since it stops after 5-10 minutes running.

Oslo is great and this hotel is a good base to explore from.

Breakfast was good, varied and plentiful although the warm items were only just warm. The location is good, just next to the marina where there are some great restaurants & a short walk up into the City centre.

The room was very small with offices overlooking. A practical and functional hotel rather than a luxurious one

Conveniently close to the water, distance to Central Station a bit far for walking. Very friendly staff. We were travelling with a baby, it was no problem to get a baby bed and we were placed in a very spacious room :) Good breakfast

Could do with a little kindness from staff...

Locations was perfect. Breakfast was awesome, i really enjoyed it.... A lot of choices Bathroom was very clean and functional

The bed was too small, however being solo, it was ok. What i didnt like was it kept moving everytime i turned... The lighting outside my room, woke me up all the time... The curtain did not cover the window properly... Staff at the reception need some customer care training... One lady was getting irritated when i asked to pay some wine in cash, really?

It's a nice hotel in general, the breakfast and the location are amazing, staff is nice.

It was too cold. I believe the heating system doesn't work. I also saw more people complaining of that. I complained everyday of my stay, still they couldn't help me. Also the ventilation system was too dirty, too much dust everywhere. In the end I got a sinus infection because this condition was not good for my health.

Very nice and comfortable.

The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The personnel were very nice and friendly and the breakfast was also quite good.

The windows were overlooking the inside of some sort of mall, not a huge problem but overall not very nice.
