The location in the old town is very convenient for walking to all the sights. The staff are friendly and have good English as we are lacking in Slovak language. The bed is very comfortable and breakfast had a good choices.

Lovely hotel, great central location, lots of nearby bars and restaurants.
Friendly staff. Lovely selection of food and drink for breakfast.
The cost of the taxi from the train station was way too much. Over 30 euros for less than 10 minutes of journey. Im aware that it's not a hotel comment but I didn't know taxis are not allowed in to the old town so we were dropped off and still had to walk with heavy suitcases. Would definitely recommend using public transport instead of taxi.

Good location, clean, good showers
The staff were a bit dismissive of our problems - the electricity did not work in our rooms and they eventually moved us to different rooms but only after implying that it was our fault (even though it had not been working when we entered the room). Breakfast was a bit underwhelming
