The room was extremely comfortable. The only suggestion is to maybe have some kind of covering for the bathroom, as the tiles are very cold - difficult for kids.
The breakfast spread was AMAZING!
The bed and room were extremely comfortable.
Staff were very friendly and helpful.
The mac n cheese in the restaurant (for dine in at hotel or room service) could have been better - it was a little too sweet. Otherwise everything else was fabulous.

It's our 6th time here! Love the food, facilities, and how most staff were polite and friendly. We even got a free upgrade to the clubhouse :)
We encountered an unfortunate incident involving a staff member, Fadley, whose conduct was perceived as arrogant and discourteous, rather than reassuring, towards my mother. This experience significantly detracted from our overall impression of our stay. We intend to provide a detailed account to the hotel via email.
