The family fun suite was great with so much entertainment for the family

The family fun suite was great however I wish it had two bathrooms that was the only thing I didnt like and the closet is a bit small for a family

EXCELLENT and Great family choice!

I love this hotel as this is totally good for kids to "Release their Energy". It really so connivence after whole day play in Hotel we can just walk within 5 minute to get our meal settled. I will definitely come back again for the hotel.

Almost perfect but

The hotel is stunning. The room was large and beautiful with a dream bathroom. The facilities are amazing. And the breakfast is outstanding. We would really love it if it weren't for a couple of things that disappointed us (see below)

I am very sensitive to smoking and always book a non-smoking room, which I did here, too. But when I came into the room, I thought I was smelling cigarettes. I wasn't sure, so I said nothing and unpacked everything. Then I saw ashes on the bathroom floor. I asked reception to clean it, spray the room, and left. Coming back after three hours, it was still dirty. I got very upset. The towels in the bathrooms smelled, too. Guest relations gave me some compensation, but I was left with the smell and the feeling that the room was not cleaned properly before I arrived. Also, we got there very early, and we couldn't get an early check-in without paying a lot of money. We sat in the lobby for hours before I approached someone else, and she found the room for us. I've been to numerous hotels in the world, and when I fly in early, I usually get a room without being asked to pay another AUD200. Other than this, it would have been a perfect experience.

Truly lovely

Almost perfect, rooms are exceptionally beautiful. Breakfast buffet was lovely. The pools are nice. Staff was amazing. Loved it all.

The only thing is, the sauna and steam bath was not switched on when i came to use them and there was nobody in sight who knew how to help me. There were no instructions of who we should approach to ask to switch them on. Finally the fella at the gym said he was in charge of the sauna steam, but he was not alert when he saw us heading to use those facilities. Bit tiring walking up and down trying to find someone who knew about them.

The service from the staffs were excellent. Especially Emelia and Afiq from Premier lounge who attended to all our needs and requests. They were very attentive and accommodating.

Honeymooner Experience

Service, Clean, Facilities & Entertainments in sunway lagoon, and nearby restaurant (Black Tap)

It's quite far from in terms of transportation, but it's fine Honeymooner's arrangement is expensive compared to the things provided Prices of Sunway Lagoon are quite expensive

Nice stay but would not repeat

The lobby staff were very helpful & friendly during check in & check out, making the process smooth. Also, the lobby is gorgeous! The bedroom facilities were amazing, providing Balmain toiletries and we were very fascinated with the a/c & light switch panels. Bathroom comes with a rain shower & handheld shower. Love the huge pillows and many throw pillows! Bedside tables include wireless chargers on each side. TV includes on-demand movies.

The breakfast spread was very poor for a 5-star resort. The waitstaff for the breakfast buffet weren’t the nicest either, very cold.

Went for a family graduation, exceeded all expectations.

Weren't expecting much, we just picked the hotel because it was the graduation venue. The rooms were neat, clean and everything we needed was provided. The staff were helpful and pleasant, the location is great since it's connected to Pyramid. The food we ordered to the room in particular was amazing, we didn't pick a breakfast option and am regretting it in hindsight. Maybe next time.
