Value for money, great location in town

Great locations, good for both with/without transportation as there’re many food stalls nearby the hotel; for those have a car, the hotel parking is free.

The staff were excellent, and all eager to assist …They were knowledgeable about local places to eat and visit.

Bed was a little uncomfortable being what seems like 2 beds brought together to make one kingsize bed and the bathroom sink didn’t drain very well.. but.. this is only very minor issues..

Good stay in Penang City

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. New furniture. The staff was helpful but business like.

The breakfast was aligned for Malaysia and India Citizens. The room windows need a cleaning.

Awesome hotel

Clean, sanitised and cold aircon. Good location-just 5 minutes walking to 1st Avenue.

Then sink has problem, need to check it regularly as recommended. The water flow away is quite slow.

overall it met our needs for our trip but most likely will not stay there again.

The beds were comfy and roomy. staff was super friendly and helpful. overall breakfast was fine.

the bathroom could improve greatly. the bathroom especially the shower was not quality. there was mildew and mold everywhere. it was pretty gross. also. even though it said it was a non smoking room the hallway always smelled like smoke.

Great Hotel, Great location but the running of the Restaurant a disgrace

I like everything except the Restaurant ( Breakfast ) run by an outsider

The Restaurant not run by the hotel is a disgrace. Firstly the manager there in the morning is so unhelpful and very unapproachable. The money paid for the breakfast was so overpriced for the very little selection re western food. The fried eggs were cold and the set up for breakfast is badly laid out. I complained to the Hotel manager on duty and told him to tell the General Manager unless the hotel runs the restaurant and so employs their own staff I am convinced many customers like me will not return.

Very Delighted with the Stay at Sunway Georgetown

kudos Sunway team for accommodating my family request to have connection room available. Aside, i m truly felt amazing with staff from receptionist, security and front line service guy who are very very passionate in doing their jobs. impressive!! The experience of having 1 of the staff guiding myself and wife at the check in kiosk really summarize your seamless dedication in hospitality industry..keep it up..:)

1 of the remote tv is malfunction and we have to use 1 remote alternately in between the 2 rooms booked Aside, there is no replenishment of new mineral water bottle on 2nd day and

Very short but good experience. Planning to make another trip and hoping to stay longer.

This is mine and my daughter's first time to Penang. Location and room were great. Every staff were friendly, very helpful and very professional. Close to food and temples. Walking distance to shopping mall.

The staff are friendly and helpful. They have self check in kiosk which is superb! The hotel smells very good too! The location is strategic, in the heart of Georgetown..close to Kapitan restaurant and Komtar.

Location was great. Cleanliness was acceptable.

Some spot of mould, hairs in the bathroom. When complaint was made the receptionist made a loud public announcement in the lobby for everyone to hear. They did clean the hairs but the mould still there. Breakfast quality quite poor. They loves spraying chemicals perfume in the lifts, corridors and at the lobby. You can feel your lungs heavy.

Hotel breakfast was not good. Coffee has no aroma taste very plain. Breakfast food selection is limited. Staff at breakfast restaurant do not understand english when we try to ask if there is any other type of coffee.
