The room was large and reasonably comfortable. Breakfast was good and all staff that we met were lovely. I would be happy to stay hear again and to recommend to others.
The basement area where they store luggage was poorly lit and difficult to carry bags up and down to.

Location, right in the old centre of Chur, cosy room for breakfast, our room was very clean, the staff very friendly. We had a lovely meal in the traditional restaurant below as well.
It was a bit noisy in the evening outside with the windows open, but that’s expected when you’re right in the centre on a nice evening.

Really clean and comfortable. Good breakfast, friendly staff, great location in the old town.
The hotel is a bit tired and in need of some renovation. My single room was very basic, would benefit from some pictures on the walls. Ideally it would be nice if all rooms were en suite but the shared bathrooms were clean, I never had to wait to use them and the cost reflected this.

Our room 36 was clean and functional. It was cleaned daily. The staff both front and back of house were great. Food was traditionally and the beer was ok. It was a straightforward walk 15-20 minutes from the main station.
We unfortunately arrived for carnival.
