Beautiful, clean and large apartment in a quiet location, with a Coop supermarket, wine bar and restaurants only a few minutes walk away, and gondolas passing by in the canal. Only 7 mins walk (and 2 bridges) from the train station. An easy 20-25 min walk to San Marco.
We stayed in Ca Tiziano - perfect for up to 4 people. We loved our stay.

Clean and comfortable flat in quiet yet central location. Easy check in and check out, lovely balcony overlooking a canal, spacious living area, we had everything we needed and would love to return soon.

It was easy. The location is great. We walked from the train station and loved walking around the canals to restaurants and to get the water taxis.
I booked the apartment based on the photos of the balcony overlooking the canal and chairs on it. However, we did not have a balcony, only windows. I saw one small balcony out our window but it was so small I don't see how it could have matched the photos on the site. I messaged the owner, and they said they normally will text a renter if they receive an apartment without a balcony and let me know that they didn't do this with us.
Also, I understand that they're going for "authentic Roman decor" but really the upholstery was just old and I wondered how clean it was. We stayed in other apartments during our visit through Italy that were going for the same vibe, and I felt they were cleaner than the comforter and chairs in this unit.
The beds were ROCK HARD. Even a pillowtop could have helped.
