I moved to the Congress after a disastrous experience at a nearby hotel. The staff were so helpful, kind, and got me settled right away. The room was very comfortable, clean, equipped for all my needs, great night sleep, and easy location for tourism in Vilnius. They even helped me find a place to buy a new suitcase (broke in travels). They were also there for a very early checkout at 2am for a flight, which made me feel very safe as a solo female traveler. Highly recommend!
Wifi was a little unstable, but no major complaints!

Excellent stay! The staff were professional, friendly and very helpful. The room was spotless, and I really appreciated that they gave me a quiet room as I had requested. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of fresh and tasty options. The location is very convenient, within easy walking distance of both the Old Town and other attractions. I would definitely stay here again.

Looks nice from the outside but the rooms were soulless with uncomfortable pillows.
