The location is fantastic up on the hill overlooking Kata Beach. It’s is steep but short so could walk it easily but they have an hourly courtesy vehicle to and from the resort which is very convenient. Our rooms were facing the pool which was very nice with private balconies. The rooms were clean & spacious. The pool is amazing with lots of different sections to explore. The buffet Breakfast was very good best yet for us in Phuket region. I would happily recommend this Hotel to couples & families alike.
$300Aud deposit cash - I asked if they could just hold one of our passports instead as I was short on cash they said no unlike other hotels which always accept passport instead of deposit they said if they put it on my card it will take up to 3 weeks to come back to me -no thank you!
Also lawns need trimming - a bit overgrown & unkept

Great views, wonderful pool, lovely spacious room and helpful staff.
I wouldn’t go for the pizza at the restaurant. Stick to local food options!

It was adequate. Nothing more nothing less. The room was spacious. Seaview from the pool area was beautiful.
The room was dark, everything in the hotel seems to be gray - the pictures look really nice and bright but the reality is a bit different. Breakfast was absolutely terrible - instant coffee, stale bread. We went once and never again. The hotel is up the steep road - which makes it absolutely exhaustive to walk in high temperature. If you have kids, have that in mind as they for sure will not make it.

mediocre breakfast, bad steak at dinner, hotel room was functional and clean but basic, changed our towels once in 5 days, slow hotel internet compared to other hotels we stayed at, couldn’t get Netflix on tv.
