Eigentlich alles, Personal super, Frühstück super, Abendessen super aber leider nur Menü und das zu einen sehr teuren Preis - auch wenn wir in Süd Tirol sind.

Die Unterkunft ist in einem wirklich schönen Tal gelegen und mit einem sehr schönen SPA- Bereich ausgestattet! Das Frühstück war gut und das Personal ist freundlich und aufmerksam! Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt zufrieden und können diese Hotel mit gutem Gewissen empfehlen!
Ich war bei der Rechnung etwas befremdet das wir 2 € pro Person täglich für Quellwasser zahlen mussten ohne eine andere Option gehabt zu haben, das finde ich irgendwie etwas befremdlich, bei uns zu Hause bezahlen wir für einen Kubikmeter Wasser lediglich 1,83 Euro! Ansonsten hat leider ein kleiner Kühlschrank gefehlt!

Schönes Hotel mit diversen Farmtieren direkt im Garten. Toller Infinity Pool und Wellness Bereich. Hunde sind herzlich willkommen.
Leider haben nicht alle Mitarbeiter gut Deutsch oder Englisch gesprochen.

Bella posizione in un paese tranquillo e molto curato. Anche se è un Family hotel è possibile ricavarsi degli spazi tranquilli, grazie agli ampi spazi verdi a disposizione. Il terrazzino della camera è ampio con sedie comode e tavolino. Nell’ampio centro benessere sono presenti diverse saune con temperature crescenti. Molto buona e varia la colazione.
La camera risulta un po’ datata, con crepe sui muri e materassi sfondati. È anche piuttosto rumorosa. Non era presente alcun set di cortesia e lo shampoo abbiamo dovuto richiederlo noi. Il servizio accappatoi è inadeguato, con capi vecchi, logori e sfilacciati.
La palestra non appare accogliente. L’albergo propone l’utilizzo di una fontanina, la cui acqua ha un costo di 2 € al giorno a persona. In camera viene fornita una bottiglia (che però abbiamo trovato sporca e incrostata) da riempire con quest’acqua e da portare eventualmente anche a cena.
Le informazioni sui servizi vengono fornite in maniera approssimativa. Anche per le escursioni organizzate non siamo riusciti a ottenere indicazioni chiare sui punti di ritrovo.
La cena proposta dall’albergo ha un costo di 45 € a persona (vino escluso e acqua a 5 €, se non si è scelto il pacchetto dei 2 € al giorno). Il menù, composto da 6 portate, non viene spiegato al momento della prenotazione. In caso si desideri ridurre le portate, il prezzo parte da 30 € per un solo piatto, aumentando per ogni aggiunta. Considerando i costi, abbiamo trovato che sia più conveniente cenare in paese (escluso il lunedì, giorno di chiusura dei ristoranti) o a Bressanone, dove è possibile gustare piatti tipici a prezzi più ragionevoli. Anche le consumazioni al bar hanno prezzi molto molto alti.
