10 / 10Outstanding·Oct 2026
It was comprehensive and had everything we liked
Four of us in the room
Not enough tea and milk
Only one and a half toilet rolls we had to phone down for more

The flowers, they really beatify the reception area. The receptionist were very homely.
Some staff - house keeping don’t carry out their duties as supposed. The toilet had some funny smell for the last few days of my stay.

The location, the room, the staff
Paid a premium for Hilton but it disappointed overall.
Their system was down for a long time and check in queues were massive. They did offer free drinks, but I am not sure that makes up for tired folks who were waiting hours to check in.
The breakfast was a massive disappointment, the bacon was extremely salty, the scrambled eggs were way too runny etc. and what's more there were no hash browns! Not what I expected for Hilton quality, Premier Inn breakfast IMHO is miles ahead and costs less than half of Hilton.
