Hotel was ok but a little expensive for what it was. The parking situation was quite good. Situated in a fairly good location.
The whole hotel could do with a renovation as looks a little dated now. The walls between the rooms are wafer thin.

Great room, helpful staff.
There was a loud function, in the adjacent Room. We were unable to sleep until around midnight. This spoiled what would otherwise have been a pleasant stay.
There needs to be a wheelchair ramp at the entrance, the portable ramp provided was difficult to use.

The shower was not clean. There was no shower gel or anything. The kitchen in morning was understaffed so I had to skip the breakfast.

Bathroom was a disgusting. had not been cleaned properly in a long long long time
Room did not look like any the photos seen online. Very small room with window to a wall. USB on powerpoint sockets did not work

The bed and pillows were comfy, lovely clean bathroom with nice shower and bath! Love the fact there was a full length mirror in the room by natural light. Was a very convenient location for my trip and great to have free parking ! Receptionist was efficient and gave helpful info on check in. Powerful hairdryer was great!
No hot towel rail or radiator to dry clothes ! The heating control only reached 19degrees. Soft close toilet seat would have been preferred, extraction fan in bathroom didn't work and no toilet brush. Some breakfast items were a bit cold and there was no greeting/explanation on arrival into the breakfast room.

very spacious, extensive parking which was a bonus. location is amazing too, nearby restaurants and retail park short walk away. good breakfast was provided.
very friendly staff, the dining assistant lady didn’t stop and was very pleasant.
our room could do with some cosmetic touch ups. a curtain link was damaged, the toilet seat was sliding and the shower head needed a deep clean due to black mold. our sink did not drain properly. (could of just been bad luck of the draw)

The hashbrowns at breakfast was really good. The location was convenient. The room is a good comfortable size.
The room was visibly dusty along the top of the door frames. Some of the fixtures and fittings were loose in the bathroom. The carpets are torn and desperately needs replacement. The coffee at breakfast tasted burnt.
