Everything felt really high-quality and it really felt like you got what you paid for from the moment you entered the hotel

Great location, great staff, really impressed with their breakfast as well.
Our view was not great, not sure what it was but we were in an interior area of the hotel so our room looked out into an empty cement shaft or something. We didn’t mind it but if you like a view make sure to ask specifically for that!

Excellent location and great customer service
Small rooms but very clean and comfortable

Clean rooms and bathrooms were modern with good showers. Location is good for west-end working or tourist visits.
- "Service charge" on check out seems like a stealth tax on the room which is not the norm for London, especially when the staff friendliness itself was lukewarm.
- AC was almost non-existent so the room was unbearably warm.
- Standard room size is very small and the facilities are basic for the price - amazing to me that this is a 5-star hotel.
