Good facilities in the apartments. Great location
A minor note but a hook on the back of the bathroom door would have been useful. A small safety issue was resolved quickly and thoroughly by staff.

Perfect location and the car park on Pier road is super close. We felt super safe here, the beds were comfortable and the staff were fantastic!

Location for our needs was 10 out of 10.
Apartment not very 'homely' and dated. Washing machine door damaged at sometime and not repaired/reported. Dishwasher broken but when reported was repaired. Apartment could do with air conditioning rather than fans! Carpets in need of a deep clean. All Windows need triple glazing.
