The staff were welcoming and friendly. The pictures don't do the resort justice. Our room was clean and comfortable and exceeded our expectations with what the kitchen offered in a studio. Location is out of the way, but that suited us. The grounds and views are stunning, prefect for sitting in the garden with a wine. There are many activities on offer and the pool area is awesome

Good size and clean room. Great location and services at bottom of Mt Buller with local bus service.
Food was a little disappointing. Restaurant closed on Sunday and Monday nights in peak snow season. Needed to go back to nearest town 15 minutes drive away. Breakfast buffet only on Sunday and Monday mornings not on return on Wednesday. Ordering and food delivery for Wednesday breakfast was not quick.
