What a beautiful hotel.
The parking needs updating as the spaces were wide enough for you car, but wide enough to exit your car.

The hotel was close to the seafront and breakfast was very good. Bathroom was large with plenty of hot water, soaps and bath products provided plus plenty of towels.
The room was cold and the furniture a little careworn. Creaky floorboards meant some disturbance and windows were draughty.. parking was an extra charge and car park uneven and close to the road.

Room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Large queen size bed which was very comfortable, and the bathroom was large and clean. Views over the back of the property with sea peeps
I had to pay extra for parking which I hadn't expected - £9 per night, and although I specifically asked for dog friendly hotels and therefore thought the price would reflect that, on arrival I had to pay extra for the dogs. It then worked out as an expensive trip at £250.00 for 2 nights in a 3* hotel.

Breakfast was good and staff although sparse were very helpful.
The garden and outside paths needed maintaining as were very untidy and not like the website photo.
The furnishings in the bedroom were very worn and needed replacing.
