Close to trams and town
Rooms are dated not a lot of facilities like water and cleaning everyday. No bar or a lounge or coffee shop. Too many smokers everywhere. Outside hotel.

Tablet found on the floor,which meant not vacuumed properly,I did show reception when I checked out,I took a photo of it.
Wouldn’t have been good if there was a child in the room.
I worked in pharmacy I know what type of medicine it was,hope it was caught when we left.

As usual, position and decor of the rooms was great, lovely view out across the Yarra to the city, and close to all amenities.
My wife had pulled her calf muscle a couple of days before we arrived, we asked about a wheelchair at concierge, they said they couldn't provide one, however then didn't give us any option on where we might be able to get one, just dismissed it as, no we can't sorry. We also rang through to reception to ask for a fork to be brought up after ordering Uber eats and were informed there would be a $8 delivery fee, which when staying in a premium hotel leaves a bad taste in my mouth, and is enough for us to look elsewhere for our accomodation when we return.
