Great hotel located right on the seafront & close to restaurants. We were very kindly upgraded to a suite for our 1-night stay, we loved the balcony & view thank you! Lovely facilities including spa, bar & restaurant. Also great selection and quality breakfast, would stay again!
Some noise due to proximity to airport.

Location and breakfast both perfect
Slight smell in rooms after showers used and the extractor fan did not work.
In faro you cannot avoid airplane noise and on the street side the street is busy and bustling noise

Ease of booking and check in
No coffee machine in the bedroom.
No conditioner in the bathroom.
Terrible hairdryer.
Ordered sharing plates on the evening we arrived & asked for everything to be served at the same time. The sliced fruit arrived about 20 minutes after we had eaten.
Informed staff that we would require breakfast before 7am, told it would be laid out in the foyer. It was the worst ever. Cake, muffins & overripe whole fruit. Not even a plate on which to put the food.
