Comfortable room with tub and shower, allowing a pleasant soak after a day of travel or sightseeing. Pleasant and helpful staff. Fabulous location near sights and restaurants. Generous breakfast served to individual tables.
Nothing.

The staff were wonderful in all areas reception, breakfast and cleaning. The location was perfect for the old town. We stayed for 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed it.
Nothing.

Location was great. Quaint & quiet entrance. Friendly & helpful staff. Clean and comfortable. We did like the way you made a 'larger' coffee with a bit of milk....it was a good compromise to what is not a typical Portuguese coffee - the Capuchino
Although not noisy one could hear when someone was moving around. The first night we heard a whistling noise as someone else was running a tap or a shower. We would prefer one softer pillow, ie. one hard & one soft would cater for different preference.

The location is perfect, very central. The room was big enough, clean, the bed very comfortable. The breakfast was really good, a bit surprised that it wasn’t a buffet, but they brought everything to the table, but they worked fast.
The shower head couldn’t be fixed and always fell down.
