Perfekte Lage im Herzen der Altstadt. Parkgarage 2 min entfernt (kostenpflichtig). Zimmer recht klein, aber ausreichend. Frühstücksbüffet ist tadellos.

Location, location, location! The hotel is great and the staff were fantastic. The rooms are small but do the job. Clean and comfortable.
My only problem was with the internet. Was patchy and incredibly slow - which made my work life very difficult.

Room was very small (not enough room to open large suitcase and walk) loud extractor fan, bathroom drainage smelled, smell of disinfectant in corridors

The location was excellent with canal view from our junior suite with balcony. Extremely comfortable and relaxing. Well soundproofed. Easy walk to most places of interest and great choice of restaurants nearby. Good value for money, although we didn’t include the breakfast which we thought rather expensive. Otherwise great and we shall book again for next year as soon as prices are available.
just a very small thing! As British guests, we would have liked some milk for our tea/coffee making facilities. We did ask, but none was available for us. This would be a good addition for all guests.

Everything about Hotel Aveiro Palace exceeded our already high expectations.
The wifi wasn’t good. We had to use our data for the most part of our stay.

The lighting in the bathroom is hard for women to put makeup on.

They were doing a ton of construction outside. Not the hotel’s fault, but it was very loud.

The room is spacious, the location is excellent and walkable to the must-see spots.
The staffs there are very helpful and suggested lots of good restaurants and boat tour for us.
Great to have private parking slot.
The toilet is a bit too dark in the shower area and the sink is too shallow and the water spilled all over.

Didn’t actually stay because booking.com didn’t confirm the booking and we booked somewhere else but the hotel took our money anyway and wouldn’t refund. Would never stay there and certainly not use booking.com. Surprised the hotel associates itself with them.

adorable, modern, small , centralized, hotel smack in the middle of town!! amazingly quiet for being right on the center circle with traffic, the canals and construction!! We had lovely small rooms. We encountered very nice staff! great breakfast and many rooms available for business use and group functions!! very affordable too!
no plugs in the bathroom 🤷🏻♀️
