Location was great, apartment was huge and the pool is great.
Not a 'dis-like' as such but the apartment was a little dated in its decor

Property grounds and pool area extremely clean. Apartments where very spacious and had plenty of room bathroom and balcony’s
Only downside was the single beds wasn’t that comfortable but the place made up for it.

Very big apartments , it was huge plus
Swimming Pool was amazing!
Unfortunately, the apartment itself felt quite dated. The furniture and fittings were very old and worn, especially the sofa downstairs, which looked so tired that we didn’t really want to sit on it without covering it first.
We were also told that the apartment would be cleaned every two days, but by the third day nobody had come, even to collect the rubbish, so we had to go to reception ourselves. The woman working at reception was the same person who checked us in on 26 August and was also there when we came to speak about the cleaning on 29 August. Unfortunately, she was quite unfriendly and unpleasant to deal with. I don’t know her name.
After we spoke to reception, someone came to collect the rubbish, and from then on the apartment was cleaned every two days as promised.

Once the initial issues were resolved, the apartment itself was spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed. The physical accommodation is of a high standard.
The 'intro' to the property was unacceptable. We arrived to find the gas cut off (no hot water), power cuts, and a missing back door key. The internal phone was broken, and finding the reception at night was incredibly difficult. The staff struggled with a language barrier, making these urgent habitability issues very stressful to resolve.
