Location is good. Not too far a walk away from Olympia Hall.
Outside the hotel, you are not spoiled for choice for places to eat.
Area is pretty quiet, so decent for those that prefer a secluded place.
Room size is definitely on the small size. Not sure if that is London in general but felt like i was back in student accommodation and living in a shoebox. Those that are on the tall size, you will feel very cramped. Both in the room, bed and especailly when manuvering in the shower.

Great location and very clean and updated. Staff were over the top accommodating and helpful and friendly.
No elevator to some portion of the 4th floor, but it is minor issue.

There are no slippers so people must walk with their shoes on the floor. The bed was not comfortable. Aircon used as heating is nauseous. No fridge to put drinks.
