Excellent location, calm family area. Owner and Staff (pool bar, reception) were very friendly and accommodating. Kassiopi village is very beautiful, ideal for a family vacation and we will visit the area again!

Pretty much everything was subpar, low-budget and not worth the room rate at all. in detail: -Rooms are extremely dated, with signs of decay, broken tiles and mold. -Mattresses are hard as wood, ancient beds creaking as if was the 80s. -Non-existent internet in the rooms (and we stayed in 3 different ones). Network was either too slow, down, or not in range at all. -Pool bar food quality makes fast food chains look like Michelin-starred restaurants. Coffee was abysmal, too. -Swimming pool was NOT tiled. Never seen this before. It was rather painted with water-resistant blue paint that had been worn off to yellow in many places especially at the deep side. I'm guessing this is the reason they are not switching on the in-pool lights after dark. In addition there was mold ALL AROUND the pool at water level, where the paint ends. Worst of all, there are sharp edges at the very same spots which are extremely UNSAFE. My 4yo had bloody fingertips every single day he used the pool. -Parking is very limited. Make sure you can maneuver like a pro before deciding to get there with a car. -MOST IMPORTANT, POOR CLEANLINESS. Rooms dirty, we bought our own cleaning agents as it was unsafe. Service was irregular. At the room we spent 8 days in, we got new sheets and the room cleaned only twice. Common areas full of spiders and decaying. To be fair, there is a newer building where the rooms are decent and up to date.

Pool and bar on the pool are pretty good. Staff were very pleasant. Beds are hard, but that was not problem for me because I like to sleep on that kind of bed, take that in consider when you choose this property. Location is near the walking zone in Kassiopi.

The rooms are basic and could do with a bit of an upgrade. Beds were very low and mattress was very hard. Self catering facilities a bit sparse. However we only used the room for sleeping and it was perfectly adequate

Centrally located. Close to all bars and restaurants. Safety deposit boxes available. Really enjoyed our stay. Hosts were incredibly helpful. Would absolutely book this accommodation again

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Poolside area and bar are lovely, and meals reasonably priced.

Rooms are very dated and in need of updating. We had plug sockets that were lose from the wall and patio doors, which didn't lock correctly.

Location excellent. Located off the main road but only a few minutes walk to the harbour. Very quiet surroundings. Rooms big. Price excellent. Staff very friendly.

The only thing that I could say I didn't like were the beds. 2 singles and very low but certainly didn't become an issue.

Uncomfortable bed and very bad sewage smell in bathroom.Shower leaked all over floor.I complained about 3 times and nothing was done.
